Good video. But did you have to take the carburetor off? Couldn't you have just took the fuel bowl off and changed the jet in place? Also is the kart faster?
I think the 300xrs has a different engine than yours. I believe it's a honda gy6. Well that's what I just ordered. Looking to also do some modifications to it. Wonder if these modifications will also fit my full size 300xrs
your phone does look better for videoing but great video man and hows the gokart for you and your family holding up, do you fit comfortably in it and how tall are you? im considering getting this as family toy
try adjusting the screw on the side of the carburetor if its closed all the way it wont start cuz the butterfly valve is shut all the way not letting airflow into the carburetor

Do not use any type sandpaper as it will scrape the metal. Instead just use a putty knife. Plus you don't want the shavings falling into the exhaust port.
When removing the stock air box how did you get that 3rd bolt of? Could you just finger loosen it?
I just cut the piece off the air box to mount choke bracket

yeah it has a different engine but way worth it and its a lot bigger so you can easily fit two adults in it

no its not the same engine. i believe the engine on the blazer is the same as a honda ruckus engine but i could be wrong.

Have you ever did a speed test how fast does it go with the upgrades? I think it with no upgrades it goes around 30-40 mph

@@juanslifestyle8210 yes it's turning over sounds like it wants to start but nothing. I tried with the choke on and off no luck either way though.

@@mikecelaya1 yes thats the one I'm talking about if its closed all the way no airflow is going in the carburetor so it wont start
