In a league of it's own until the Yaris GR came along. They are so underrated and people just don't acknowledge them. I miss mine still even after my tuned M140i since
Since watching your latest video I can tell you that Yes, a 430+ hp manual M140i is a handful when pushing on. The auto is definitely the gearbox designed for this car, I went manual after having a hoot in the S1.
I've ordered a Res delete for my Golf R-line. Currently way to quiet with the exhaust and can hardly tell it's running. Hopefully should get it fitted this weekend and upload some videos
It depends on the car purely for noise id delete the res boxes, a back box delete can drone very bad in some cases and a sports cat are normally expensive, so I would start with a res delete
Like the vid mate but fuck me stop calling it fart! Let’s respect our S1’s! Power to the pocket rockets! #goingfor450bhp 👌🏻👍🏻 so much fun, and so much to play with once your out of the horrible insurance killing bracket! We’ve all been there guys! Just hang on tight and don’t fucking crash! Ps always protect your no claims bonus! Right!.. I’m going for a drive in the snow 👊🏻👌🏻
@@tino929 same when it’s stock, change just before the red you need to do it spot on you can’t really hear it in the cabin, when You deres it it’s much more noticeable
I honestly don't hear much difference with just a single resonator delete. I'd personally go straight for a double resonator delete, as a friend of mine did it on his S1 and it made a massive difference. It's not only louder, but also more growly and deeper. It also farts a lot when revving till redline. The prices you've been quoted for a Doube-Res Delete are very expensive compared to here in Italy, where they are about 120-150€ (labor included) for a custom straight inox-304 TIG-welded pipe of the same size as the original pipe.

I had one on the polo before the turboback as a stop gap before being able to afford a full system its easily one of the best noise mods you can do🙌
Man like Ken knows💯🤩
@@td-1095 yeah the Polo was mine mate my Instagram should be on the video shoot me a message on there 👍
Great vid, thinking of doing this but a double res delete instead. Does that garage offer that device by any chance, love to get it done if so🤙🏼
Hi, I like your videos, I wanted to know if we can hear the breath of the exhaust in the cabin with the resonator removed?

Yes and they are playful even though they are AWD I think that are awesome little cars💯🙌🏻

It should give it more sound and I’ll be sure to check the video out👍

Nice can’t go wrong with that👌🏻
Good cheap mod worth doing 👍
For someone that doesent have the money for a catback. What would you recomend for more noise and pops. Sports cat or backbox delete?

By double res do you mean the cat and the res?
Nope on the S1 they have 2 res boxes one at the bottom of the down pipe and 1 on the mid pipe, I had 2 of those removed so the cat is still there👍🏻😁
How do you make the stock exhaust fart ?
Youll need a de res and you have to change gear just before the red line
@@jamesr50 but on your before and after video your car farts without the de res

Posso chiedere dove fanno questo lavoro in italia? In rete trovo soltanto soluzioni a prezzi ben più alti. Grazie!
