F of Parts A-F The homeless-shelters are powered and heated with butane and solar-panels, depending on how well the infrastructure held up, which are integrated into the construction of the *temporary* _homeless-shelters._ Which are a dry, clean place to sleep, and store their stuff. People from the city drive out to the homeless-communities to pick up food bank food; because that is where the food banks and free-ice machines are located.
What needs to happen is to bombard the news media about this problem 24hours a day and constantly throw it in the politicians face daily till they come up with a decent proposal to help the ones that truly want to be helped!!!!!!!
No but they all do need to unionize as 1 entity, a force the government could never say no to. If they would all unite together as 1 force and get heavily involved politically, they would be able to get a lot of help that they need. Which goes to providing _one free meal a day_ and *childcare* so that the working poor can go to work: in the Community Room.
P A of Parts A-F *Due to the destruction of housing* caused by catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming [CRAGW] extreme weather events; there are housing shortages all over America which *is causing rent increases; and even more homelessness!* The FEMA operated homeless-communities do not require residents to check out, there is no sign-in and sign-out issues as they are long-term shelters; which provide the privacy of individual living spaces. Where the shelter residents can fell safe from the other camp residences. *Which removes many of the objections those homeless living in tents who refuse to use city established homeless-shelters; have voiced.*

I understand the conditions are poor, but I can’t help but feel for these people. They look worn out and beaten down. I’m sure they made their own little community. They have so little it must be heartbreaking that they’re forced to give up what little they have. I hope they’re getting support with health issues and housing.
God help them
Sue for thief - violation of 4th.

Very sad 🙏🙏🙏
Call them and ask for extension
don't know the solution but it's going to get worse - I do know that.
I'd say a big step in the right direction is to live below your means,
the sooner you start and the more below = the better
We are about to go to war, prices are really going to shoot up soon.

Because of all the visible junk.
All homeless should form a religion and then they might be protected.
No but they all do need to unionize as 1 entity, a force the government could never say no to. If they would all unite together as 1 force and get heavily involved politically, they would be able to get a lot of help that they need. That's why republicans & conservatives stress Independence of self so much cause you keep Americans divided, they are powerless, if Americans would unite as 1&1 voice, Americans would be such a powerful entity, that they government themselves would not be able to control them‼️ #RepublicanTricksAgain
😭
Goddamn chrissake this better come to a f****** end quick
I'm over it. They need to clean up after themselves and stop bringing that mess to our community.
Pack it up n move somewhere else.

*This is the cause of the national homelessness epidemic, which can be solved; not drugs.* _Hurricane Katrina_ August 29, 2005: With maximum sustained winds of 175 mph the storm killed a total of 1,833 people and left millions *HOMELESS* in New Orleans and along the Gulf Coast of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming [CRAGW] destroys homes, which causes rent increases, which creates more homeless people making only $11 an hour with no healthcare or dental benefits.
I don't feel bad for her, shes a hardcore junkie and chose this life. She chooses not to be clean. She chooses drugs over taking care of her children.
Why taking the only things they have?
There is a new homeless group THE WORKING POOR. Live work one problem gets them thrown out n homeless. Many don't realize there r homeless in every stage even if u dong see them. Educate yourself. Invisible people on u tube for those that want to to know.
JUST ASK MEXICO FOR HELP.
This is so achingly sad. My sister is such a dog aficionado. Dogs, dogs, dogs,!!!!!l What about people??
*Paragraph 4 of 4.* 89 million Americans is 27% of the *working* population! Or a $50,000 a year stipend for 40 million American families of 4 making less than $15 an hour; *so that they are NOT made permanently homeless.* Amen.
D With subsidized for the homeless electric-cargo-bikes at all bus stops from companies like: _Wheels, Lime, Link, and Veo_ in the city and at the homeless encampment; so the working homeless can get to work. *Which are large 1,000 people disaster relief centers.* With trucked in water. Shared laundry, toilet, cooking, and shower-facilities. With restaurants, post office, and stores; just like a large campground.

Those people are heartless
Im so deeply sorry much prayers i wish i could help
There is a old saying ! you don't start thinking of your safety in till you get old and start haveing Grey hair. Best wishes good luck .
E of Parts A-F In the on-site factories the homeless population's workforce is used to make more homeless shelters from plastic-waste taken from the oceans and government subsidized Styrofoam; and electric car conversion kits which cost only $3,600 because _The Defense Production Act_ was invoked. _Which does not include the cost of batteries and installation._

Don't do drugs
I feel bad for them the "good" people only not the drug addicts every time someone finds a good safe place to stay the addicts comes along and screw everything up.... some one should force them into rehab or jail them ...
They have free rehab
You know somebody's already down-on-their-luck and in life and in the city has a come along and kick you some more and make life worse for you that should be a law against that
U can throw billion to help these people, but if their choose to be a drug slave,it won't save anyone. They need to heal themself.Try give them 1000 per month,& see what their gonna do with that money.if u see someone who have a job but still homeless, that the one who need the help.but the one who keep complaining and keep doing drug, nah u know.
Unfortunately for millions of Americans in order to survive, those made homeless, *due to failed Republican polices,* will have to lower their standard of living dramatically and live in modest accommodations. Such as _Pallet Shelter's_ *Shelter 64* which sleeps two in a private cabin. Placed in combination with _Pallet Shelter's_ other components: *Community Room,* Bathroom, and Services Office; to form an entire *Homeless Shelter Village.* Where rent is 10% of net income for the 2 person shelter and 20% for the four person shelter.
People should help homeless people out got house or apt for them live ,all people need roof over there head.we all is human person.i feel sorry for any one live on the street all the time.i have dream i have one big building all the people live in have roof over there head.i wish my dream come true for every one live in the apt
Not much help but what does not kill us makes us stronger.
God is watching Jesus is watching all your tears are in a bottle according to Jesus and then they don't hear the cry of the poor then when they cry God won't hear them but comes around goes around
Absolutely shocking. What is this lady supposed to do Mr. President!
Go to the desert to that free town if they want to be homeless
No one "wants" to become homeless dimwit.
@@williamryan9195 you know nothing about it I bet your were never homeless
@@Liberalcali What makes you an authority? What would be your objection to building small low-income apartments to house them? Cheaper than building jails and shelters. or is it more important to treat them with hate and scorn and punish them further? "No freebies" right?
@@Liberalcali And I take it you were homeless and you now think dropping them into the desert is a great solution as long as it's not you. Right?
@@williamryan9195 I used to be homeless so yeah I do know what I’m talking about. If you want to pay for them to be house then you pay. And it’s disingenuous to compare it to jails since criminals and murders do exist and need to be locked up for the safety of our population. Watch the news on what happens when criminals with multiple offenses get released.
*More people should offer their solutions; rather then their complaints.* _Christian charity and kindness ends procrastination._ People in the year 1700 did not have refrigeration and many days ate food that was old and stale. America throws out 25% of the food it produces; *allot only for cosmetic reasons.*
C The FEMA homeless-communities / encampments are _close enough to the city to work;_ *and far enough away from the town to be out of sight and mind.* Established on land now vacant due to the extreme weather events which is creating the housing shortage. Due to the catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming *[CRAGW] that Republiguns deny exists.*

CITY
P B of Parts A-F The B!den administration has proposed *Christian, compassionate,* homeless solutions *but Republicans* do not want the FEMA homeless encampments within their cities; which *have the highest number of homeless families.* The solution is FEMA coordinated homeless communities a 30 minute bus ride, 24/7, every 20 minutes, from the FEMA established homeless shelters; to the city. *Established on land made vacant due to global-warming extreme weather events; that no one should rebuild on.*

This is so evil!!
77 MILLION dollars were spent by the Real Estate lobby in California to make sure Rent Control was defeated and defeat any attempt to built low income housing or public housing in this State. Most of the people involved in Real Estate market manipulation are from the East Coast and Foreign Countries.
Want to help. Rv hookups at my place.
The problem is not the homeless it's their stuff. When you have nothing everything you find seems like treasure. There bags and a portable chair. Possession limitations with in city limits. If you don't have a vehicle or storage. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
Bus
Sacramento, just because you don't see the homeless, does not mean that Sacramento does not have a homelessness problem ‼️ To use the law(s) or regulation(s) to harass people is itself unlawful‼️
Good video I'm the first one to comment and like the video.
No you’re not
@@Zoubirking-1970 🤣
Well gee boss I'm sorry this lady is piling up stuff in your neighborhood but if she had money and property she could put it all there! Being rich solves everything doesn't it?
City doesn't own streets or roads. Nor rivers. Show kindness to homeless or karma will punish yoy
Make a law that if you have over a million dollars in assets you have to take in one homeless person.
Your crazy ...
