  • Our assembly manuals are loved by many, but we know that some of you prefer assembly videos instead. So we experimented and created a video to help you assemble your Original Prusa MK4 kit! But this video may become outdated over time and may no longer be current. Just remember to always check out our website guide for detailed instructions. Have fun with assembling! 🙂

It would be helpful if instead of music there was voice commentary detailing the build. Prusa has invested in good lighting and cameras, not much of a stretch to add a mic.

I have to imagine that's a lot of different translations.

just bought my MK4S and I have a complaint with this video. The stepper motor shown at 8:19 is not the first one the assembler should be working on at 9:22. In the absence of a narrator, there is no way to know the x-axis motor is the intended unit, as revealed at 10:13. I now have to go to the store to get new double-sided adhesive, as the one provided in the kit was brittle, but would have worked if the video flowed properly.
Edit: The motor shown at 10:13 may actually be the incorrect one, as the motor installed in this rear position is supposed to be the y-axis motor. Therefore, the video still has an issue.
Edit #2: I have since realized that the motor at 10:13 is corrected at 10:17, leading me to wonder why in the HE double hockey sticks 10:13 was left in

Hi. It is better not to do it as you may need to service/replace this part later, and you wont be able to disassemble it.
Let us know if you find some issue with the assembly.
