Hello Prusa (and Potential Buyers), thank you for putting together this video. I’ve completed the assembly of a new MK4 following these videos. For constructive feedback, I believe these videos could be improved by a) lingering just a bit longer on the part packets before each small build segment (maybe set them all out, on the table then take a focused view), I found myself having to rewind and hope to pause at just the right second to see the bag labels and b) when installing each screw the editing flashes to a finger holding some screw, but frequently you can’t tell which screw is in hand. I would recommend having another small text box (top right maybe) that says things like “Install two M3x20rT”, or “Install 4 M3nS nuts”. I tried to compensate by looking for smooth sided bolts like M3x30, or round heads like M3x6R, but essentially we could use the IKEA style call out saying exactly what bolt is being used in that part of the video. Overall the quality of the video is great, thank you again! It’s just these very quick shots of fuzzy part bags caused a lot of rewinding and hoping to pause at just the right moment, and lack of clear views/explanations of exactly what bolt that make this a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall I enjoyed building it. I was on the fence about buying pre-built, but I think building this myself increases my understanding of how it works and how to service it more easily in the future. (These videos will help there too, thank you!)
Hi Mark. Thanks a lot for the feedback. We have shared it internally, and we will take the info into consideration. Let us know if you need any kind of support with the MK4. help.prusa3d.com/article/customer-support_2287
Yes, consistency/clarity is a major flaw with about half the videos in the series. For example, at 3:11 in this video, M3x8 bolts should be used, but M3x10 are initially shown, then corrected at 3:21 in the close up. 2mm of thread really matters in this example because the heatbed sits on top of this carriage and bolts should not extend past the carriage. You can see this improper selection again at 5:26
At 8:16 when they put the idler on, i reccomend taking the xlcd off and the idler bracket. It makes securing the final stop to brace 1000x easier. Crossthreaded the brace twice on the final belt holder.
The best printer with the worst building guide I've ever had the displeasure of seeing and building. I'll be buying pre-built Prusa printers from now on cause I'm never doing this cancer again.
Please don't give in to the negative comments other printer fans. and create something wonderful. Just buy what you like. There's no need to attack anything that isn't.

To be honest with with so many parts in the build, the build buy should actually be cheaper than the price it is.
I broke My F#*k€ng metal board because you are not able to tell me witch screw you are using and paid for it €1000
