I was suspicious at first however it is obvious this guy is the real deal (competent at exploring and achieving other states of consciousness). Will be def learning more. Ty for your hard work and willingness to share your skills and knowledge.
Thanks, Forrest! This clarifies things a lot. I feel I was trapped in the linear sequence and was disregarding other signals I was experiencing. Non linearity FTW! Cheers!
Thank you for clearing up the doubt. Was thinking that something was wrong with my practice. Appreciate your teachings Big Time. Stay Blessed Forrest 🙏
@@ForrestKnutson Wow..its so amazing to hear someone outside of SRF talk through micro nuances of Kriya... no one else online is going where you go.. I'm just totally overwhelming overwhelmed that I have to go back through all of your other videos..so. .thank you..and.. Not:)
The freeze response is second nature for me. I can even (easily) find my breath down to 1-1and a half breaths a minute. That's an amazing zone to be in. In fact, I wouldn't want to meditate anymore at all unless I was in the freeze response-that would seem boring, because once your mind is free, the possibilities are limitless. Things make sense in this state of mind-that's my norm throughout the day usually.
Thanks for this video! I'm new to your Kriya, but have practiced various meditations for 30 years. I seem to hit the super low state quite easily: parts dissappear, freeze response, then frequently into transcendental consciousness. However, as I've begun to watch you videos and practice HRV-RB, I realize I don't have the lips tingling or skin sensation of the low idle state, but still go frequentky into freeze response... I was beginning to think perhaps I wasn't doing your techniques properly, but I see now that I likely just became habituated over the years?
When I was learning didgeridoo I used to notice the proofs, but didn't know what it all meant at the time. Short inhale and Long exhale - then I learned circular breathing...
Haven't finished watching, but I must say THANK YOU Forrestji!!! About 3 month ago I haven't noticed the proof, actually I started watching all your videos again, to be sure I was doing right.😅
I feel something happening inside my brain..and on my crown i feel crawling and tingling feelings continuously palpitations on my forehead...this has been happening for quite some times...
Love it, such a powerful video! 🤩It answers on some of my self-doubts- who does my body feel numb, my head feels dislocated, but then less freeze in hands, lips. No, I feel my Paravasta is on the right track. Thank you for this great video Guruji 😊🙏🤗💚
Dearest guruji! Thank you so very very much for making this clear! Although I’m breathing very slow I’m not in tranquil breath because I’m consciously breathing. I feel the freez response but I haven’t gone into absorption. Obviously I need to meditate more and get my body and senses in line for the role up, absorption and Samadhi! Blessings to you and your family!🤩🤩🤩🙏🙏🙏🕉🕉🕉📿📿📿🤪
Perfect Victor. Near the end of your meditation or whenever you feel especially deep go ahead and let go of your conscious breathing and just enjoy the peace and tranquility. Let go of it and see what happens. Does it enter into a shallow rate of breath automatically? 🤩🤩
Thank you for this fantastic explanation! So precise and understandable!! Gives me a lot more confidence now. Would you recommend om-ing in the chakras always during this process, or only up to a certain stage, and then switch to just witnessing? I think I once came to the point where the whole body seemed gone - and then had no clue if and what to do next. :))
I discovered a fifth proof. My cat absolutely loves me when I meditate and does not get tired of showing it. I am just half joking. Ever since I picked meditation some two years ago animals react different to me. They get calm around me and seem to enjoy my presence. Afcourse I like their presence too. I wonder if that relates to meditation, I like to think so but I don't know
Superb video Forrest Gurudev. Can I continue doing meditation while I am on covid 19 treatment. I have tested positive, having been isolated is Like being in prison. May be meditation could help me to remove boredom. Great video 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for clarifying that you don't necessarily experience all of the proofs! I've only ever felt HHH and skin tingles. I've also had the experience of feeling like my limbs were getting numb and eventually feeling like they weren't there at all. In your interview on the Meta Perspective channel with James Iandoli you had mentioned "reverse resonance". Could you expand on that? Does it have anything to do with the freeze response? Is there anyone out there who goes into this topic?
i can create the tingling through breath (voluntary piloerection)... what significance does it have? have been able to do it for quite a while now, it gets especially strong if im inspired or in a worship mode... its just goosebumps, but i can create them with my breath. its along my spine, near my neck region in the back. sometimes its at the base of the spine, sometimes its at the top. if i make it intense, it goes everywhere. is this the same as what you are talking about? it does not happen when i meditate and let the breath be natural and dont think of something inspiring. if i imagine the pureland with all the buddhas sitting in line, having conquered the serpent, i do however get strong tingling sensations. i can make them super strong. but they dont come on their own if i completely shut down and dont force or control my breath.
I was suspicious at first however it is obvious this guy is the real deal (competent at exploring and achieving other states of consciousness). Will be def learning more. Ty for your hard work and willingness to share your skills and knowledge.

Its been 24 hours since learning HRV, and they are already vanishing. I'm still concerned.
What's kinda strange to me is: during my meditation, I feel like I'm a warm presence trying to inhabit a stone statue (my body).

Oh yes! I should talk on that next. It happens automatically below 3.5 breaths per minute. So you are probably already using it.
