Well according to CoasterFan2105 I think 2051 is already retired because 2052 is already retired. However I agree that P32 Dash 8 BWH units 2051 and 2052 should be preserved.
Also I believe it’s final days will just be switching, hopefully it actually can get preserved by like the California State Railroad museum or some museum in that area.

We've got a beautiful GE P32-8BWH. Amtrak #2051/#501. I sure hope we can preserve this unit once its days with Amtrak are over.
