What is LTEX?
All those locomotives, waiting in line for either 1 of 3 purposes: 1. To be converted to run on Bio-Diesel & other renewable sources of Fuel. 2. To be changed from Diesel to Electric. 3. To be Scrapped.

Those locomotives should be Reproduce and rebuilt
Maybe a rebuilt for a few of there locos but they are never gonna need reproduce because railroads love gevos and crap but maybe a shortline would like these locos

Unfortunately Amtrak F40PH 320 is scrapped, but thankfully Amtrak has an ALC-42 numbered 320.
