  • The plaintiff and her daughter have known the defendant and her daughter for several years. The plaintiff let the defendant and her daughter move into their house while they were going through some tough times, but then the daughters got into an altercation. She’s suing for the cost of two beds, emotional distress, and a hairstyle. The defendant argues the plaintiff’s daughter started the fight, not the other way around. They are countersuing for harassment.

You CANNOT under any circumstance to live with anyone else. I don't care if it's family or friends! Never offer your home as this plaintiff did ever! It's the same thing I say about renting and roommates. In this case the plaintiff made the grave mistake of allowing this defendant and family to move in. Had she not then she would not be here in court.

I think it's very disrespectful for a child to not open their mouth and speak to an adult especially to a person who took on the Auntie role. It's obvious that the defendant allows her daughter to disrespect adults. Instead of allowing your daughter to harass the other girl, get your house in order. Put this same energy into finding adequate housing for you and your children. I'm not even going to get started about your husband. It's not enough keys on this keyboard. And a little advice to the plaintiff, NEVER let anyone move in. NOBODY can ever move in my house with me and my HUSBAND! PERIODT!!!!!!! If you feel the need to help, give them a ride to a shelter, buy them groceries for the month, help pay one months rent etc.

First and foremost, NO child HAS to speak to you.

I swear some people have too much time on their hands to get mad about everything. I couldn't care less if someone's child doesn't speak to me. 😂 And I absolutely believe she told the defendant that she should beat her child for not speaking--certain types of folks think hitting children is the solution to all problems instead of being better parents. But defendant shouldn't have broken that bed. None of these people need to be near each other.

You obviously made this comment prematurely or sympathize with the defendant for a certain reason..

Nope thats disrespectful af for a child to ignore an adult especially one you have a close relationship with. She did the right thing and approached the parents

Modern Day Montague's against the Capulet's..... the defendants should be ashamed, as accommodating as the plaintiff was to the family.
