This video has just really helped me, I was having an issue with the adjuster end caps being loose after adjusting the chain but thanks to watching this and the way you hit the wheel in and applied the wrench in between the chain and sprocket I no longer have the issue, thank you

Thanks for uploading that one, I thought what I was doing was wrong, adjusted chain slack and had some weird gyro pulling affect, turned out it was a dicky tyre pressure gauge so both tyres were 6psi lower than what I thought they were, pumped up and all back to normal! Spent my Saturday avo fitting an exhaust and air filter to mine, sounds muuuuuch better 😊

Evening squire, the torque setting is 115 Nm....... A little tip that may be of use.... Once you have the bike nice and stable on the paddock stand with axle nut loosened place a piece of timber to fill the gap between the tyre and the floor.... not too tight, leave a few mil clearance. When you refit the wheel you can just roll it in... saves having to lift it to insert the spindle. I also find it easier to unbolt the calliper from its mount.... less of a faff I find. Ride safe mate.

The manual says 115Nm but that's massive and may put stress on the bearings and seals - I used about 75Nm

Hello, I don’t know if you still have this bike but I have the 2019 and can’t seem to get the spacer under the brake caliper. How the hell did you do it? Your battery died when you were doing it. Btw good 80s tunes in the background.

Hi, the video gets to the point where the axle is through the brake calliper and beginning to go in to the wheel. So I’m not sure which spacer you mean. I do know it’s a lot easier to do by taking off the calliper! Good luck 👍

put my rear wheel back on I found it easier to take the calliper off the carriage plus a lot of abuse to get the axel through .

Yep, it’s definitely easier taking the calliper off 👍
