I ordered the Certano T-bender, which should be an easy and direct install into my Tele.
I would have expected Certano to provide some kind of mounting template for centering the mounting block on the unit you have. I’m glad you got it installed without any issues.

Brother David, my device is somewhat "customizable" in terms of placement in addition to the fact that each model/brand of guitar that it could be possibly installed on is "different" regarding "locating" the "best" placement of the device as there are many "things" to consider before permanent installation.
Congratulations on your T-Bender...a device I am not familiar with but now will look into it. Let me know how it goes regarding the installation.
My prayers to you, your family and friends...Sincerely I am...Dan;)

Installed a Certano on a cheap used Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster this morning. Your video was very helpful. Thanks for posting.

Hey Dan, fellow Nashville player here. Not sure how much time you’ve had with the Certano double bender but how do you compare to your Glaser bender? I’ve been trying to sound like a pedal steel for 50 + years and just got a Rolling bender B bender. Probably the most noncommittal entry to benders.😜
I’m in love with the notion and just ordered a Certano. Played strap benders and the whole pulling thing is weird for me. Thanks for your content! See you around town sometime!

Brother Jeffrey, thank you for your time & question and hope all is well with you, your family and friends back in Nashville & wherever else you may be.
I have absolutely enjoyed the Certano bender I installed the the PRS semi-hollow body here in this video and, once you get acquainted with it...I believe you will too.
As the 2 mechanisms are totally different in style and execution, I wouldn't "compare" them. They are 2 wonderful "tools" that allow a variety of similiar "sonic executions" with each providing their own "uniqueness" of "how" you "interpret" your bending due to their physical differences.
For us guitar players, the Certano has the "hands on" interaction that "makes sense"...as using our hands on a whammy or tremelo bar is a method that most of us are semi-familiar with...and that "thought process" of bending transfers from the "Mental to the Physical" with familiarity.
The "trick" for me regarding the Certano is that it offers many different "heigth" adjustments per lever...giving you "Customizable Ranges" for "how" your right hand (assuming you are a right-handed guitar picker) rests on or near the levers.
There are countless "options" in this regard...and experimenting with this will be to your benefit.
Additionally...the 2 Glaser "Double" benders offer a G bend by "pushing" the guitar away from you...an "odd" feeling until you "get use to it"...whereas the "B's" are push down levers & a more "normal" feel...at least to me.
The Certano...both levers move the "same way"...which is "mentally helpful" to "physically execute"...right out of the box;)
I hope this is helpful & if you have any other questions I can help with, please let me know;)
My prayers to you, your family and friends...
      Sincerely I am...Dan;)

@@musicmandan1717 one thing I have discovered is no more palm muting!😞
There are definitely amazing things you can do, I just have to spend some time with it and integrate it into my style. I’ve reversed my control panel for better access to volume/tone. I got the T-bender which has the bridge and bender mechanism as one. Means no holes to drill but no ability to move it further back. I’m all for learning/growing! Thanks for listening!😎
