I purposely hand my phone to people, especially paranoid narcissists, to show them that I have nothing to hide. They think I'm being naive and stupid, but I do it to show them that I'm not concerned about my conversations being known.

Absolutely describes a narcissist I've known for 20+ years: two cell phones, with an App that allows multiple phone numbers to be used, which He uses to interact with during different relationships, acquaintances and activities - depending on the many false fronts/posers that he plays. Each with their very own social media account, etc, etc. And when discovered, which on average has taken his so called serious relationships three years to do, he dives right into the victimized role... the pattern is so shamelessly predictable that you cannot help but feel sorry for the trail of true victims in his wake; yet many return as sidekicks - so to speak!
Cell phones or instead of more than one cell phone, a private communications tower while operating a ham radio and more than one telephone number too. All being used to gossip about all of us Catholics while at work too. Instead of that helping to eradicate the separate school system altogether iinstead their antics ended up strengthening it while parents from more than one kind of family background were wanting their children to turn out better than white supremacists and whom all they are often influencing like the narcissists nearby them. Instead of them doing their job properly while pursuing all crooks instead of only some of them from backgrounds different from theirs.
I once told her I am not a slave to my mobile,as she reacts to every sent message otification,but its that sly look she used to give while reading or writing a reply etc,it gave the whole game away? I would occaiseonally ask "who was that" her reply was,oh so and so? So obviously I could tell it was a non-truth,totally addicted to her mobile,and yes,everywhere she went her mobile followed her.

Myt neighbour narcissists is a investigator. He uses an app or a device to make different phone numbers appear on my phone. But, he doesn't know that I have a 2nd phone that I use as my primary phone. The other phone is just for my neighbour. He can call it all day long.
