Here is a dirt cheap fix for this.
You can get this chrome powder at any hardware or mechanical store. You might not find it online though.

If your chrome parts are catching rust then they are not real chrome parts. It's the property of chrome to not catch rust easily

I use an easier method....I take harpic in a bowl and use a toothbrush it gets cleaned in 15 seconds then I wipe the harpic off and wash it with detergent and water...then I put a layer of wax and the chrome parts shine like new
Isn't harpic way to acidic n dangerous to use.
Like it can damage some parts
Plus i dont think using harpic regularly is a good idea cuz it might deplete the chrome layer on indicators.👍
@@navjitsingh7041 don't put harpic for too long....only for 15 seconds...I've been doing it for years and yes wash the area adequately afterwards

It's called nikkel powder and each time u use the rust will be more next time. That's why i am replacing them with black ones and covering them with carbon fibre film.
