- After part 1 i've made part 2 of the ID.4 tips and tricks video. The car in case is my 3.1 software Id.4 so some functions wont work on the earlier software versions.

Great tips, very helpful and thanks! I inherited my 2023 ID.4 AWD Pro S+ from my wife when I bought her a new Atlas R-Line a couple months ago. I love this car compared to my EV6 AWD, which was also a very good car.
Love it when a mechanic talks about the "hidden features" of a car. Living in California the trick to lower all 4 windows with one button is much appreciated. That's usually my first action when entering the car on a hot day and we have plenty of those.

I have one question, do you know how not to be restarted trip odometer automatically? I don’t Like that after 6 -8 hours is restarted to zero the odometer .

You cant. It allways reset it self
My best tip to save some range: don't put the heated seat to max if it's 12 celsius outside☺☺
Better the seat heather than the normal heather on 22 :)
How do you get the washer jet heaters to work, mine keeps freezing at the moment!!!
As a first thing, you need to have this option installed. It's not a basic function. Second, it should heat when activating front window heating.

@@Navid1359 dont know mate. You can check if the front logo and mirrors has the cameras in it. If not you dont have it
Hi, I havean Id5 with adaptive cruise control. The cruise control sets itself to the road signs around it. Do you know how to turn this off? The reason why I want to turn this off is because I was in the fast lane on the motorway and the car spotted a 70km per hour sign on the exit lane and the car started braking really hard. Scary moment. This feature is not so safe in my opinion
Go to assist systems, adaptive cruise control and the put the roadsign function off

Can you tell me how to switch the android auto from my wifes phone to mine when were both in the car? :) Only method I have is to Disable Android Auto in the system on her phone.
At the moment i think thats the only option
@@CarTechs_nl Bummer. I was super excited when they told me the Android Auto was wireless, I thought it would be convenient. Turns out it was a lot more convenient when it was connected by wire. At least it was always connected well and the right phone was the one the was connected.

It should be "Car Techs" and not "Car Tech's" - Car Techs means there are technicians. Car Tech's means possessive. "This belongs to the Car Tech" aside from "Car Technicians". Very confusing name.
