These look really fun. I love them wearing stocking caps and not top hats! I’m in a hot climate too, so messy projects out of doors are difficult for a few more weeks, but I’d love to give this a try!
I can’t wait to try this! I live in New England on the coast… These are going to sell, but I definitely don’t think I can paint nearly as well as you can so… Maybe I’ll just have to give them away lol😂
Sooo happy to have found you and your work on UA-cam! I’ve been binge watching as many as I can! My husband says, “There’s a clone of you!” (I’m much older than you.) I’m in Fl. but we’re both in hot climates. We even have very similar sheds. I’m looking forward to swapping creative ideas and ideas. You mention you sell your works at times, could you share how you determine your pricing? Do you only work on commissioned pieces, sell online and/or fairs and craft shows? Again I’m now officially your newest and biggest fan! God Bless! 😍
Thank you for your kind words.😊 It's very nice to have supportive husbands.😊 I do do commissions the the Flowerpot Gnomes, some of the Chickens, the Frog Prince, the Blue Frog, the Ladybugs and the Sandstone Bowls were all commissions. I will make a piece because I get an idea. Then I post it on my Instagram and then sometimes I get a pecial order. I don't sell at fairs, I would like to but I have a job so I don't have time to build inventory. Since my pieces are cement I don't ship they are to heavy so they are local sales. As far as pricing goes I figure my materials cost and triple that plus I pay myself a small hourly wage. If I were to sell this Snowman he would cost $45. I don't know if I'm doing that right. I mostly do this because I like creating and if I sell things it pays for my habit...lol I do eventually want to do classes here locally. Let me know if there is something you would like me to try making to post on my channel, I like figuring out how to do things. You can also post on your channel things you make and I can see them. Thank you for viewing and your kind words. Have a good Sunday😊
Hello😁 The inside is full of newspaper and chicken wire. I never remove it. To finish the bottom I spread a layer of cement on the table when it is partially set I place the Snowman on the layer of cement and seal up the bottom of the Snowman. Thank you for viewing.
Hello Keri, yes I do. In a sheet of plastic I spread a layer of the cement about 1/2 thick. I set the Snowman on the cement and smooth off the over lap. Let that set hard then the bottom has a nice flat finish. Thank you for your question. I would love to see your snowman😊
Cant wait to make me a couple of these adorable little guys!! I so love your videos!!!❤❤❤
I am definitely gonna try to make a couple of these! I really like them. So cute
Oh boy! I can't wait to see them😊

What do you do for the bottom of the snowman ? Do you cover the inside with anything?
Hello😁 The inside is full of newspaper and chicken wire. I never remove it.
To finish the bottom I spread a layer of cement on the table when it is partially set I place the Snowman on the layer of cement and seal up the bottom of the Snowman.
Thank you for viewing.
Do you finish the bottom side of the snowman?
Hello Keri, yes I do. In a sheet of plastic I spread a layer of the cement about 1/2 thick. I set the Snowman on the cement and smooth off the over lap. Let that set hard then the bottom has a nice flat finish.
