Best band ever from Norway. Why? 1 Because they are. 2 Because they had the balls to stick to singing in their mother tongue when the easy option would've been to look for so-called international 'success'. they certainly had the talent. gonna miss you, KO x
Exactly! Norwegian is an extremely odd an confusing language, so then singing I'm it none the less just for the sake of showing their origin is very bold and very admirable
If it is any comforting, the dialect they sing in is sometimes quite hard for most people in Norway to understand as well. I must really concentrate if I am to understand every single word in their lyrics myself! And I LOVE that :)
Im from Peru. So different culture, style,LANGUAGE and I also like Kaizers. Very subliminal band ;-) I had the chance to see them in a extraordinary performance at Opera House-Oslo! Veldig bra! 10000 thumbs up!!
It is just one of the best funeral songs I have ever heard, great temperament, simply amazing, well made of Kaizers Orchestra, the, I would like to hear my own.
One of the best songs I've heard in a while; the split between the fast paced chorus and the interludes is brilliant. I thought that before I even saw the translated lyrics and the story behind the song - that just made it even better. Why can't this play on the radio here?
Just WHY are people discussing Justin Bieber in the comment section of an amazing band like Kaizers? Get it together and go find a Bieber Hate-forum of some sort; I'm sure there are plenty. Don't mention him in the light of all this genius.
It's actually funny how many Norwegians have a hard time understanding this dialect, since I actually find it quite easy to understand most of it!^^ (from Denmark)
awwwww the are so sweet!!!Im in the video they came to Hungary to make it and had chance to speak to them so nice they are (had no clue who they were no one knew them in Hungary but we all could see they were really pro and absolutely nice people! we all enjoyed a lot! it wasnt easy as was so so hot however we all put the really hot behind us and concentrated on perfect job.Think everyone did very well:)
WIthout a doubt one of my favourite bands. They have not produced a single song that I can say I dislike. This song and video really goes to show just how brilliant a band Kaizers is, they simply wont cease to amaze me! I feel truly blessed to have seen them live, back in 2011, that's a night I wont soon forget!
This is Kaizers in perfection. If I had seen "Aldri Vodka Violeta" becoming the last video, I would have been greatly disappointed. Not because it's a bad song or video, but because it would not show what Kaizers truly is - Seeing this video, I feel like this is the best Kaizers can be. It is their perfection, an amazing perfection, they are going out with a gigantic "Bang" with a video that shows us all of what they are. The best ending for a great band.
On their last concerts (ever, who knows) they opened with this song. Pure sinister and set the mood for the concert there and then. A magnificent band that I love dearly and miss on the stage.
Congratulations from the opposite side of the world: Argentina.
One of the many reason I'm proud to be a 4th generation Norwegian American, love this band so much (Also his hand movments, I love them for some reason)
@@Ingemaja This whole album seems to be unavailable on Spotify, I'm guessing it's a regional thing, despite me being from Sweden and don't see why a Norwegian album wouldn't be available. If I google for the album, I see that it exists, but clicking the link shows every song as "unavailable", clicking the songs in playlists displays the message "This content is not available"... I don't understand what's up with it
Always having thoughts of how this band would sound for foreign nations. Since Kaizers always seems really special and so far from typical standard bands. Then again. It's even hard for me to understand what they sing and what they sing about. So i guess it's just the melody and rhythm that speak.
The Chorus: This polka is what taught you how to be Who gave birth to you, gave you joy and pain in your life This polka, you will never get enough of it You came from this song you will become this song
This is hopefully not the end of Kaizers. Janove sings in the end that he decides when the time and plave should be, meening he decides when their rest is over. Hopefully it wont be long. My family are really good friends with Helge, so I'm definitaly going to ask him next time I see him if they will be back, and when. I'm writing this in Engliish so everybody can understand me.
Okei!
I met them 3 days ago, they were making some movie in poland but they aren't known at all here so I wasn't happy to see them, I assume that many of you would be anvy to me:)
Fabuleux !

Exactly! Norwegian is an extremely odd an confusing language, so then singing I'm it none the less just for the sake of showing their origin is very bold and very admirable
Dont they make music anymore?

nice hows it like in peru
Hearing this song already for the 50th time in one day. That means my ears love this music. Most music would irritate my ears after 3 repeats.
@Eduardo Ignacio Robles Sosa Me too. There are three of us! Let's wait another 2 years for next person
@@marcinkurzyna1233 Dont have to wait for 2 years , i,m number 4 😁
I never getting tired of this song .
Lets wait for number 5 to check inn 😉👍
First song I ever heard of theirs, now I'm obsessed.
+Anna Lovell
First song i heard of them is Kontroll På Kontinentet. They have such cool style! :D
This just goes to show you, Even if you don't speak the language, it doesn't mean a song is bad, I don't speak Norwegian but I still love this song!!!
Satan has never been this ruthless yet beautiful.
Satan has never looked this good.
i know, right!
ApokalypsMeg yeah he dresses really well
I can't help thinking this is what a disney villain-song about the devil would be like if written by Tom Waits.
Ahahahahahaha exactly what I was thinking :-)
Tom waits was in Shrek, I think nr 2, with “A little drop of poison” in the tavern scene!

touching the dark side through sound. for me the best i´ve ever listened.
Of course the devil does tap dancing! Janove is so hot!
I'm grieving Kaizers split up just as much as the Beatles split up.
That is really heavy, to it be the same as beatles
Just WHY are people discussing Justin Bieber in the comment section of an amazing band like Kaizers? Get it together and go find a Bieber Hate-forum of some sort; I'm sure there are plenty. Don't mention him in the light of all this genius.
+LoboThomi How the hell do they DARE talk about that kid here. Bieber shouldn't even be in the same airspace as Kaizers!
SONNY BROUGHT ME HERE!
It's actually funny how many Norwegians have a hard time understanding this dialect, since I actually find it quite easy to understand most of it!^^ (from Denmark)
Gods, I hope they come out of hiatus. I WANT MORE KAIZER
Charlotte H Well said! I have a tendency to discover bands right after they went into hiatus. This was just one more of those. :(
Ramm Katze We used to play Kaizers for hours at our parties ~10 years ago. It was orgasmic!
+GrimTheCrow the early stuff is great drinking music
Lily P I don't think they will start the band again but I know that the lead singer (Janove) is still making music :)
What does hiatus mean?
I'm from norway btw
Love this song! Greetings from Poland!

Super!! Jestem pod wrażeniem, pozdrowienia z Polski
If I have learned nothing from this, it's that Meg means me, and Deg means you....
You're doing well.
Im norwegian, and I struggle with understanding whats beeing said in the song.. xd
We got different dialects, so... that explains it
Hope you ended up getting the grimy gas mask and empty oil barrel aesthetic atleast
@@vandread You know what?... No! I don't get the gas mask thing and I've tried to find out. and the oil barrel...
Can't understand a word. Still a brilliant band. That's how good Kaisers Orchestra is.
this is just so awesome that I am speechless.
Tom Waits is smoking nervously in a corner with his Cementry Polka
Helt Fantastisk.

We humbly bow down. This cannot be done better and more in the spirit. Thank you Kaizer!

This just got the award for best music video of the year in Norway.
Still listening to it .greeting from Poland

Jan Ove is going on tour with his solo project in a couple of months time. Looking forward to that, but it probably won't be very Kaizery.
I love the blood on the mother's hands...that was a lovely touch...
