Good report. Thanks for holding tape until cars pass the lights so we could see who won. One of your best (although all are good). God, I was thrown back to the day on this one. Sound is great, just crank it up on my end. My bride came in and asked what I'm watching. You got a holy $it from her on this one; we been there did that (55yrs+ ago). Where do they get the parts and goodies from and how much they must cost now. I (we) broke a lot of stuff but just went to Summit or the dealer for replacement parts; wonder what happens today. Like a new Muncie from GM was $265, less if u knew the parts manager or zone rep well or worked there yourself. Thanks again.
I heard they were all there Saturday. I went Sunday and it was overcast so I think that keep them away. But I agree, defiantly thought there would be more people there.
True....... But in all fairness, that was filmed on a Sunday with rain pedicted all day. It was dark out and rain came in around 3 or 4. So I think most people attended the event Saturday.
Since drag events are a pretty big part of your channel, you REALLY should invest in a camera that zooms to show the e.t. boards. Appreciate you trying to verbalize e.t.s, but that just ain't workin'.
