The BBB is a for-profit scam. Municipal chamber of commerce is more effective. Takes time but it works.
BBB is even more of a scam then this car wash.
Happend to me too. After years of battle they refunded me $1339
I've been having this same exact problem. It was supposed to be 10 or 15$ the first 2 months but the 2nd month they charged me $45. I cancelled shortly after. Now they out of nowhere charged me $15. There needs to be a lawsuit against them. This company is dangerous.
Crooks
Same thing happened to me and I had to go to the location to get them to take my debit card information out their system. I never received a refund. Only way to get a refund is go to that location and request your debit card be removed.
Zips is terrible
I have been waiting for a 205.00 refund. Because I only received one car wash. Zips car wash still took money out of my account. Even though I live in Hinesville Georgia.
This has happened to me in Lake wales Florida
Zips car wash charged me 48.15
For membership I never signed up for…I have sent several emails and contacted customer service who can only send to refund dept,

What can I do to get charges removed from my card…
That’s why you need to cancel your subscription, after getting the promotional fees and before it expires, cancel it, don’t unsubscribe because it takes months to unsubscribe.
I've seen so many people saying they had the same problem. I would never ptaronize that business.
They all do it behind your back. The get commission to sign them up.
Most of these car washes are operated by self service machines no cashiers.
