Good!!! Anything to help fight crime.
Plates!??? Good one
Any criminals arrested NOPE ! We have 3 in our neighborhood for 3 years not a single arrest or recovery , we all lost 30000 to camera costs
but they know every thing you did and went
And how good is that when they use stolen.plates, cars, or they print their own Texas plastic plates or even temp tags from other states and use those.
Areas outside the reach of Gardner are not playing with these fools anymore. You can only stop so much anyway, and these seem to be more than the fake Brinks Security signs that some folks put in their yards. I agree with you completely, nonetheless. Bait cars should be an option to nip the crime jubilees in the bud before they get started.
All that stuff is checked through a state and nationwide database. A fraudulent or stolen plate will be detected.
Because it would come up stolen because it doesn't match the car 😐 and I'm not sure when the last time you purchased a vehicle but the temp tags does the same thing
Might have to be proactive in protecting your license plate nowadays like using the 6 methods in our video. Using #4 is best but all 6 is ideal.

Though, I can't say anything about them printing a copy of your plate. They've started doing that too now.
With the many other cameras that are used, these could be just the ticket to go exactly where the car or truck is currently parked. What it also shows is that criminals who do this for a living are avoiding the problem. Yes, they will take countermeasures. Even these will not work against an aggregate of many sources of information. Other cameras recording information is just one. Things like pinging what cell phones are in the area when the crime takes places is also a valuable one. If the same number keeps showing up in a series of places, it becomes a verifiable and justifiable reason to investigate someone and search their places of residence or storage facilities that they use. An aggregate of thefts including USPS packages could easily get someone a Federal Felony charge. This is a tool. Just one of many available to investigators.
Felony charge??? Hahahaha NOT, clearly you are out of touch with reality
The criminals get smarter with time. They take a plate off same model car then commit and crime then swap it out. It is called a ghost car.
Give them to truckers we don't have alot to do in our trucks and would love to call in kidnappings aductions murders killers
There's already to many trucks on road just imagine the results
