2007 Ford E150 XLT 5.4L Van - Engine Noise, Engine Flush + Oil Change

Owner wanted to change to an Amsoil Synthetic motor oil. So we went ahead with an engine flush and was hoping for an improvement with the noise. I was skeptical because the noise sounds more like something rotating...possibly a bearing or pump component. After the engine flush and fresh charge of oil the noise was still there.
