I really wish my anatomy professor taught things like this. this was so easy to follow. She explains things in the most complicated way possible. Like I know this is a simplified version but I wont be able to understand the more complicated stuff if I don't understand how it works on even a basic level!

Definitely, however, they should review what they learned with flash cards or perhaps write a half page summary, otherwise they’ll probably have learners illusion (where they think they’ve learned it because they understood the video, but don’t actually remember the precise information).
This should be essential learning given that when we went through school in the 90’s/2000’s, we were taught that liquids go through the small intestine and solids go through the large intestine... how misinforming.

1) Actually, the stool ends up brown because of a pigment called bilirubin (which is transformed into stercobilin) and it comes from the decomposition of red blood cells when they die. This pigment is toxic so it needs to be excreted from the body. 2) Not supposed to, unless you have a digestive problems that leaves nutrients behind unabsorbed. 3) Not sure about that one, but i think it could be used as much as any other feces.

Isn't is so unfair how technology wasn't this advanced 20 years ago or so? These educational videos do motivate kids to want to learn. Back in my high school days (early - mid '90s), projector slides were still in use! These types of videos would've sure made class more educational, interesting and fun.
