That's why we didnt get anything in game regarding this action like an emote or a voice line, we didnt even get a spray. That's because it isnt a 'thing' that Sombra does. This blew my mind when I first heard it.

No, Reaper actually knows Sombra intentionally let her escape. This is revealed in the comics I believe (and you can kind of see it here, with Widow being skeptical and Reaper being annoyed more so than you would expect a simple mission failure).
This short really shows what makes Sombra an interesting character. She honestly seems like more of an anti-hero than a true villain with how she prioritizes goals. Give her the right motivation and she’ll do anything, good OR evil!
I believe the lore is that Sombra and Moira are only part of Talon because that's where the most resources are, they'd side with Overwatch, Null Sector or anyone really if they offered the same opportunities. The Talon characters all have differing and interesting reasons to be in Talon which is why it's so compelling. Doomfist wants total control over everything, Reaper wants revenge, Sigma and Widowmaker were manipulated, Sombra and Moira joined so they could persue their own goals. It's something that will most likely be explored in Overwatch 2.
Alde N Widow and Reaper go through the doomfist gauntlet and the mission fails, Sombra,Reaper and Widow have to kill Volskaya and the mission fails, and when Widow goes alone to kill Mondatta, she defeats Tracer and completes her mission LOL

Great villains who achieve their mission but also fail sometimes!

3:52 sombra steps over the body of a guard. One of the many things that makes these animations great is object persistence. It feels like that dead guard is actually there for the entire exchange and that feeling is reinforced by off screen interaction with it. Amazing work.
Sombra did indeed step over the dead body there. Blizzard might have forgotten about the bodies after that scene, but this particular scene for sure is focused on Sombra and the guard's body. Right before she steps over the body, Sombra tells the woman that she's not going to kill her. Sombra then looks down at the dead body, making an awkward face. She's trying to comfort the woman that she's not going to kill her, but she has already killed the bodyguards in the room. Making the face at the body and stepping over it is added on purpose to show how her contradicting actions. Just wanted to put that out there to clarify she steps over the body, not anything else. :))

Sad Cat there are determined amount of possible enemies, of you kill them all, then problem solved, plus this would be the way to go as to prevent survivors from reporting your tactics used in the mission, but in war it would be more effective to incapacitate them rather than to kill them in order to burden the enemy troops with wounded patients to treat.
Interesting thing I just noticed, at about 4:23 you can see a picture of the Russian lady and her daughter. Guess what the Russian lady is doing to her kid? Booping her nose. What does that mean? This is the type of stuff that got people hooked on Overwatch. Good characters and the fact that the story was going to go somewhere. Too bad it's just so stagnant nowadays, but I look back at this time with fondness.
The new comic series is actually pretty good, it's advancing the story towards Overwatch 2, following McCree's adventure and tackling many story elements that were barely touched before.

Sad Cat there are determined amount of possible enemies, of you kill them all, then problem solved, plus this would be the way to go as to prevent survivors from reporting your tactics used in the mission, but in war it would be more effective to incapacitate them rather than to kill them in order to burden the enemy troops with wounded patients to treat.

Interesting thing I just noticed, at about 4:23 you can see a picture of the Russian lady and her daughter. Guess what the Russian lady is doing to her kid? Booping her nose. What does that mean? Sombra's signature "BOOP" isn't a little personality quirk, she's very subtly threatening Russian lady's daughter by showing she knows absolutely everything about the Russian lady's life, even private time with her daughter. This is the type of stuff that got people hooked on Overwatch. Good characters and the fact that the story was going to go somewhere. Too bad it's just so stagnant nowadays, but I look back at this time with fondness.
The new comic series is actually pretty good, it's advancing the story towards Overwatch 2, following McCree's adventure and tackling many story elements that were barely touched before.
