To say the last couple years of my life have been hard would be the biggest understatement of my life. I'm nearly 42 years old. We ended an 18 year marriage (still love and respect my X-wife Karen), I've moved 3 times now in the past 18 months, my business lived out of a suitcase for 1.5 years, I've barely hung on emotionally, sorting out the co-parenting thing, and still managed to keep my little business floating (although barely).
Now after having the dream of my own shop for my entire life, I've got it. Can I afford to keep it on my DBC salary??? That remains to be seen, haha!. Thank you for all your support. Thank you for using the RMATV links as you buy parts and things for your bikes. As I slowly put my life back together, I'm hoping/planning to making better content again and adding back to our community in the best way I can.
Here we go.

Congratulations! I am a recently divorced single dad too and it's nice to see you also seem to be thriving. Keep it up!
Kyle, life changes are not easy and they never come at an ideal time. Over the past couple of years, it was apparent you had a lot going on as your emotions were visible in a few of your episodes. Everyone has the right to be happy, and follow their dreams. I hope you realize both. Your kids, need you now more than ever!
I have been watching Kyle’s videos for the last couple years and I’ve even participated in his giveaways and have reached out with many questions and video suggestions. There has definitely been a demeanor change and we have been praying for his well being. As you said, life changes are not easy. I’m 21 years old and just had Knee replacement surgery. Being off a bike for 8-9 months ain’t gonna be easy. I know it’s nothing compared to the emotional challenges Kyle is facing. But he’s got a big fan base that loves his content! Excited to see more from him and to see him progress in his life and through this challenge that God had laid before him! He already upgraded his shop which is Awesome! His life is upgrading too!
I’m so proud of you Kyle. There’s so much to work with here in this new shop!
Congratulations on the new shop. Enjoy it to the max and keep the good content. We all love it what you do. Cheers!
Congrats with your new shop. Sorry to hear about your divorce. Good luck for the future.
A cheap way to kill some echo is pegboard on furring strips...living the dream...
Congratulations on the shop! Really looking forward to your future of adventure. 🙂
Wow congratulations Kyle!! I’m so proud of how far you’ve come!! Always support you
Congratulations on the new shop. You should do another shop tour in a few months once you’re all set up.
Tips/ideas: Get yourself a motorcycle lift from Harbor Freight. They make working on bikes much easier. And horse stall mats are super durable, extremely rugged floor mats. A bit heavy to move around though.
Looks great and has much potential.
Dude this is sweet. If you want to cut down on the echo, you can buy those sound deadening things that go on the walls. You can even get them with custom artwork on them and they just look like canvas prints.
I'd like to see the organized set up of oils lubes and cleaners. That's a great shop!
Great new workshop. I know the feeling of being divorced. Not nice. I had to hang up my boots for 10 years because of that. I wish you all the best and I hope you keep making videos. Been following you from the beginning. Take care Kyle.
Are you sure you're giving those bikes away that you say that people won or did we just catch you keeping them😅. Man I watched the drawing and if I would've won 1lone of those bikes I would have been there the next day to pick it up and there both still there.
If you hang flags and banners on the walls it will reduce the ecco
Love to come down and epoxy/flake your floor ..beers and lay down some color..lots of fun.
The new space is amazing and huge... If you plan on growing DBC there's definitely enough room to expand.
Sorry about your divorce, I hope the life-change works out for you and your family.
@Cruz I don't know.. This is the first time I've heard anything about it. At the beginning Kyle said "my girlfriend's dog", I did a double take... Then not long after he dropped the D word..
Dude your a Beast! Don't forget about Flying and when it gets real serious pick up that dam guitar, that beautiful woman would love to hear that. Never forget your gifts, Congrats on the new space as it will help you move forward and Onward - Cheers!
I would love to have a shop like that
Sweet shop Kyle! Sorry about the divorce, I knew something was going on with you. Tough battles in life, but keep the faith brother.
Hi Kyle
Keep up the good work. Sorry about the divorce. Happens to the best of us.
Congratulations on the shop man hope u get settled in nicely
Kyle, Hope things work out for you. I find there is no therapy better than working on stuff you enjoy. I like it more than riding itself. I would suggest some roll around stainless tables and cabinets from Sams. They are versatile and well made. Also, I know they are expensive but the metro vac blower (the big one) with a 30 ft hose mounted to a wall works awesome for blowing off wet motorcycles after washing and also for blowing out dust from the shop. I also recommend running hard lines for air hookups around the shop. Mount a good hose reel on the wall as well so you can run it out to the drive way etc. Also, you cannot put too much lighting in a shop, more is better. The older you get the more you will need.
I am currently on week 4 recovering from ACL reconstruction from a 3 mph incident on my KTM 300xc. At 53 it's been tough but as you know it takes time.
Keep your head up bro.
Good luck man.
LittleO
Swisstrax, kranzle, ego blower, MTM. Do you watch Obsessed garage?
You ever gonna ride that TM or is it just gonna be like a garage decoration?
You need a full size motorcycle lift. When you push the bike on to a platform and push a button and the whole platform goes up. All the motorcycle shops use them. No more bending over. Get 2.
Beautiful shop. You should consider a gym space in the back corner. Concept 2 Rower/Bike/SkiErg with folding wall mount squat rack. They tuck away nicely when not in use.
Hi Kyle...I have been following your channel for a long time and found it incredibly helpful, educational, and entertaining as I have gotten more and more involved in dirt biking. Life throws everyone a curve ball and has its challenges. Keep up the good work, there are lot of people like me who really appreciate your efforts and are pulling for you to continue and be successful....The new shop looks like it will be amazing. I look forward to following along as you set it up and make it your own. Best of luck to you.
Very proud of you Kyle. I have always had a weld shop, machine shop and general repair shop all rolled into 23 feet by 12 feet of space. With my 6 bikes stored in a 16 ft. Cargo trailer.
Epoxy that floor a light gray and it will reflect light back up and make that shop much brighter, and easy to clean.
Working on that!
Wow what a great shop! That would be a great shop to film project or repair work on the bikes for some informational videos. Keep up the great work
Paint now before you get more stuff in there. But don't go too dark or your windowless shop will be too dark. Just a hint of color with a glossy sheen. Then buy or make acoustic panels for the ceiling and upper walls. Install an air line kit and add more electrical outlets.
One thing you could do is build or set up some sort of divider to section off a studio area. Could help with and sound and lighting. Your have the space so I'd probably place shelving or cabinets between your studio and the rest of the garage.
Banners hung a few feet off the wall edges will significantly reduce the echo, and may add character too
wooow you were my inspiration, a dad, his boys, his happy wife, riding bikes, as a matter of fact, YOU and ARiemann's ua-cam.com/video/-cwImtQw3WA/v-deo.html opened me up to the idea of 300 back in 2014 and I need to say THANK YOU! I remember your 1st videos on the 300, 2014. Everyone has to chase his/her own happiness, but the moral of the story I guess is exactly this, ask what makes 'YOU' happy and go for it, never assume someone else has the perfect life which you should replicate! Good luck and I will continue to watch your clips.
BTW I am a huge KTM but also HONDA fan, bought the 1st KTM exc450 6 Days 2024 in Bulgaria and also a CRF450RX 2022, after watching your videos, I just uploaded the CRF video comparing it to my trusty CRF450R 2008, come and say 'hi' :)
Love the shop . That car lift is the best it's not a shop with out a car lift. Anything on the starkvarg electric bike?
A house that comes with a huge garage and lift would be amazing!
Would you bring the “leave a single track” shirt back?
Dream shop indeed! I was going to ask if you had the plans for those roller stands too haha
Nice shop.
Ride with your kids
Do you still run Amaoil saber 100:1?
Shop is awesome! Congrats!
Nice shop. I would spend a lot of time in there
Very nice. Congrats!
CAN YOU PLEASE GIFT ME A DIRTBIKE
Congratulations on the new space.
Wow, I'm really surprised that you got a Divorce. I've been there Brother, I hope every thing goes well for you.
Hey man I bought some tie-down straps when you had that give away and they're the worst straps I've ever owned. Almost lost my sons little 125 out of my truck because they came loose after about 3 minutes. I had to go to a hardware store and buy ratchet straps. Definitely would not recommend those straps.
Sounds like you got a bad set. I only offer products I use and I’ve NEVER had a failure on my tie downs. Never. Email us and we’ll send a replacement. Customer service at dirt bike Channel.com
Awesome shop!!!
Cool Shop with great Options❤
Chewy must be named for Chewbacca....? 😊
Love the shop thanks for sharing
To me the echo is not a problem.
i made those wooden bike stands with wheels, looks almost identical to yours. possibly make for your viewers but shipping ain't going to be cheap
Congrats!
Been a little while since ive seen some videos, recently started watching cause Im thinking about getting another bike. Sorry to hear about the Wife, I heard you say girlfriend and I was like Oh no what happened there. But glad things are moving forward, hope everything is good and mutual and you both are doing fine. Love the new shop I need one that size..
Damn, nice shop! I’m trying to find something like that where I live. Nothing available unless I spend $750K 😡
Divorced....oof. Sorry to hear that dude. Keep your chin up man. Nice shop. I have a 27x55 that I use everyday for my shenanigans.
sad to hear about the divorce but seems like you have found a path with new girlfriend so i hope you still enjoy life and keep making memories with your children, they are the worl to you and you are theirs, i love your content and i hope we will see alot in the future, but first take care of your family, its whats matters in the end :)
you said if anyone had any ideas for the shop just shout out, and i think i saw one ; put all the bikes on wheelstands and lign them up at the back of the shop ( end wall with carlift ) if there is space for a car aswell...and lign them up with alittle angle, looks clean, proffesional and easy access. cheers mate, take care :)
Im up in the Yukon, Canada. If it snows there, make room for your lady's vehicle in there lol, so she wont have to brush snow off of her vehicle. That is my reality. If she doesnt have her spot, I might be sleeping in there lol.
Love the new shop. Looking forward to seeing it evolve with all your personal touches. Your personal touches are what makes this channel relatable to all us offroad bike addicted family men. It's all uphill from here as you once told me.
You could even build a loft for some extra storage. Store some bike and tires up there. Free up floor space.
woow so happy to see that!
holy shaky cam batman
Congratulations on your new workshop it’s awesome Kyle 2 post lift too, good luck on your new chapter in life👍
You can make a big platform on your lift and lift all the bikes off the floor! You got the like take advantage of it. Bet you could put 10 bikes on it
Awesome Kyle. We exchanged a few emails when you were starting the search for a new location and glad to see you found this which looks great! Have fun with all the space and room to breathe and of course congrats with starting the next phase of your life after the Big D! See you on the trail one of these days.....
Man i'm so jealous 😉 Good work Kyle looks like a great environment to indulge in all things dirt bike👍
Kyle you should make a video about your favorite trails in utah. The places you ride look epic.
For the lift you can build a "deck" that has wheels under it. You can store things that arent commonly used on said"deck"
Then the deck could be raised up with the lift therefore freeing up space on the floor
When the deck is lowered to the ground, the enitre thing could be wheeled off to the side if you needed to use lift for a vehicle
Hell yea bubba shop is dope congrats, you should have a big dirt bike channel banner made and hang it across one of the walls!
Congratulations buddy that space looks awesome man you deserve it 👏 👍
Sweet! Congrats on the new space! Best wishes for your future endeavors and keep up the great work!
Congratulations on the new shop looking great and can't wait to see the content made out of it and the builds now you have space for a bike lift 😀
Congratulations!!!

Sometimes falling in love with a stripper can change your life for the good.
Nice shop, I’m looking forward to the content that will come out of it.
Great stuff Kyle. Good luck brother. Godspeed.
Nice!! Looking forward to the future DBC!
Man I’m drooling over here!! Congrats on the new place
nice shop, lots of potential. I'd epoxy the floors to start with.
Congratulations on the shop and your peaceful new character
Include a trials bike on a giveaway
Would be cool to do a little lounge area for the DBC podcast!
3:08 - What do you mean your GF, aren't you married??
You got my dream to dude…..congrats 👍
Killer shop man congrats!
Can’t wait for the TM content!
Great content Kyle love the channel👍
Hey Kyle, truly sorry for your separation. I went through that 8 years ago and thought it was the hardest thing I’d ever experience emotionally. That was until 3 months ago when I lost my 15 year old son. Life seems to not be fair at times. I only share that with you because I just bought a dirt bike again after his passing, trying to keep my mind off of everything. I found your channel and your website and am able to learn more. I will continue to buy merchandise and utilize the links you have so you can keep doing what you’re doing. Praying and being on a bike right now are the only things I have. My daughter has a bike now as of this month to. Keep up the work sir, it means a lot to a lot of us.
I came across your message to Kyle, I just want to wish you the very best and I'm sorry about your son. Great to see you are riding and moving on and moving forward. You are an inspiration sir! Take care and I wish the very best for you and your family.
I truly appreciate the kinds words. I don't know if were moving forward, not too sure how to do that yet but at least we're moving. Riding has let me disconnect with reality which is a blessing in itself right now. Thank you again@@onthethrottle7104
That’s my dream shop
Room for a "Pit Bunny"in the garage just do not tell the girlfriend. LOL.
New shop, new girl what more could a guy ask for. And then ask people for money. LOL.
You need to get a Reiju
Cool New Shop!
So cool
Congrats!!
Well done!
You know you wanna paint your walls orange lol!
I went blue and gray 😂
@@DirtBikeChannel oh no, Husky colors 😂👊✊👊✊
How legit are the dirt bike raffles? Seen a comment about almost being scammed.
??
He has videos of him delivering bikes. I also saw him in Arizona delivering a bikr
It’s real. I won the 300 XC-W in 2021. Someone has to win-just like the lottery.
Not a scam! Do you not watch any of his videos on the bike giveaways?
Thanks for all the responses.
I’ve given 30 bikes away, but if you get hit up on social media…. It’s not me. I don’t reach out like that.
Been watching your channel since 2017. Super happy for you and your new shop, keep the dream alive, Kyle!
P.S. 3000K for the lighting is perfect for video 🤙🏼
