@@DonteGregory sometimes it can be quality of the bulb, you have to make sure when installing them not to get any oily or any residue form touching the bulb you get on eBay and order the hid ballast some come with the hid bulbs
Hey guy just ran across this. I hv a 2018 and the passenger side lite out and ive replaced both hids im about to take it to the dealership do you mind posting the part num to the ballast. Ima try that b4 I take it hopefully it works@Coy.ote5
Main junction box underneath the hood on some vehicles I noticed headlight fuses are unmarked if have test light I’ll go across the 20amp and 10amp fuses to determine if you have any of them blown
This happened I put led aftermarket lights one side worked for min then both went out , so it’s the ballast fornsure

Amigo.. where is the fuse or relay location.. i have a 2011.. and headlights aren't working
