I'm running Super ATV arms with a Perfex lift and some custom rear shock mounts with 33x10.5x17 MTR radials on 17x7 ITP's. Stage 3 Trail kit work with butter smoothness! Love my Uforce 1000!
Installing the stage 3 in my 2022 950 ho ex. They are a lot more trouble then all the vids for the other 950s. The exhaust vent for the cvt is now part of the cover you have to remove sway bar endlinks and shock to get that cover off. The worm clamp screw was turned around so as to make it inaccessible. That will be rotated so I can access it.
Hi Blake! Thank you for the great video, as usual very informative and exciting to watch until end. I would like to request if possible, a small video or a brief explanation about the brake in period of the 1000 Overland. for people who get it home delivery in the box. How many miles or hours should we ride it before its done? and HOW should we ride it? could we make up and down or only plane terrain... Please advise! Thank you.
Thank you very much.. and the manufacturer recommends for the first 10 hours of engine run time to take it easy and not get over half throttle position and then from 11 hours to 20 hours don’t go above 3/4 throttle position and at the 20 hour mark you can do your break in service. It’s either 20 hours or 200 miles, which ever comes first.
I installed the stage 1 and it pushed up my RPMs to high for my liking. I just don't feel as if these engines can handle long-term high RPMs like that. I get it if ypu are a bogger or a hill climber. I went back stock. I'd rather buy a new belt than a new engine.
Hi, it's a very good video, i just wonder did you test the service temp of Block to see if it can stand the high heat created when higher acceleration is pushed to get the vehicle off from the mud.
Thanks for the video. How is the takeoff with those clutch kits? My stock UForce 1000 is extremely jerky and just about shakes my teeth out when leaving 0mph.
Bloody excellent content you guys provide. Could you PLEASE find a fix for the CVT letting go on steep decent. Low revs goes into free spool and takes off. Very dangerous I live in mountain territory Australia. 2022 CFMOTO Cforce 1000 cheers guys.
Thanks so much and I know exactly what you are referring to. What you have to do when you are descending a hill and the rpms drop and the clutch disengaged the belt.. so u have to tap the throttle to make the rpms jump back to the belt engagement rpm and the clutches will engage and the engine braking will then ofcourse work.. I know it doesn't feel natural to tap the throttle while going down a hill.. but if you will practice on a slope that is safe, you will grow comfortable with how it works and then begin to love the engine brake
Even my 500 just ever so slightly hit the throttle and just crawls right down...I really like the engine braking don't need to use brakes that much which is nice.
It is very smooth compared to stock.. thats something you have to experience in person. Hard to capture on camera. But our first goal and number 1 priority was designing the kit to be very smooth.
Just recently started watching your vids in preparation for picking up a U600. Have lots of time testing and tuning clutches on sleds. Have you ever tested S1, S2, and S3 with stock tires? If so, link or results. I was searching thru vids to see if I could find anything, but nothing jumped out at me. TIA...r
Question: Wife rides a 600, 1up. The machine never sees anything over about 40mph. What kit would i need or weights maybe clocking would you suggest to lower the rpm's as they just seem way too high to me. Top speed or max power is not a concern as smooth low speed driveability is what i want for her.
what would cause the primary to not pull in all the way? have a 2018 zforce 1000, engine hitting rev limiter speed maxing out at 71 kmh, secondary appears to be good, moves free no bad wear on it yet it still wont pull in. took primary apart no problems i can see

@@RealTalkPowersports thank you soooo much for advice,i hope so that setup will help me in fight with consumption...now it's about 15lit/100km at full road use (cruise speed is 60-85 km/h)...power is not point for me,i want high speed at lower rpm's...soo once more time biggg tnx for advice...
So I ordered the new a arms when they first came out, was looking at 32” tires to go with it. Can you do a video with 32s-33s on a stock machine with the new a arms? I’d really like to know if I need the clutch kit before everything gets here lol. I understand you had 34s on that test unit but it was babied in the videos understandably.
Hey Conner.. we left that uforce with Moorhead so they could develop some more stuff for the future.. but we should have it back next week and we will really run it harder
But if this will help your decision, I am running 30s and I wouldn't want to run it without the Stage 2 kit. So with the 32s or 33s I would most definitely want the stage 2 kit
I should have a stage 1 here in norway for my new uforce 800,it's easy to get jumpy starts hehe, my cforce 600/625 is nice , driveing always syock tires
Should I go stage 1 kit if I’m on stock tires but are going to 30” tires in the future? Or should I just do the stage 2 kit. Will it still perform good with a stage 2 on shock tires?
Does the MSc clutch kit get rid of the rattle/knock from clutch when it's cold? At first I thought my valves needed to be adjusted but valves measured out good.sounds like its coming from clutch.after clutch warms up noise goes away.just kinda annoying the first 10 mintues.
@@RealTalkPowersports I'm going to be picking up a zforce 950 ho sport next week. Keeping the stock tires. Looking for a quicker engagement and smooth take off. What stage would you suggest? Stage one?
What is the benefit if any of the stage two kit with stock tires? I'm looking for faster engagement and smoother take off. Will stage 2 do anything over stage one for this or is it basically for running larger tires? Thanks Blake Zforce 950 Ho sport.
The stage 1 kit will give smoother engagement and quicker. The stage 2 just adds a lot more bottom end torque and pull through the mid range and helps with belt pinch so that you are less likely to slip your belt when you get in a bind or stuck.
Just received my stage one kit. I noticed that it comes with a washer. Not sure where it is supposed to go? Behind the spring in front of the spring? Am I adding the washer or swapping it out ? I don't see anything on any of your videos about it. Maybe you can shed some light on it. Thank You
I have a 2022 Uforce 1000. With only 25 hours and 150 miles it was jerking very bad on take off. I saw your video and contacted the dealership. They ordered the stage 2 kit from you and installed it. They also installed a new belt. I still have jerking on takeoff and I’m hearing a whining noise in the clutch when pulling hills. Could it have been installed wrong?
Thank you for the quick response. So I’m clear the stage 2 kit should give the matching a very smooth take off correct? I will advise the dealership and schedule it to be checked.

Great video. Would love to see a video that is similar to this, but with only changing the clock settings with your stage 2, to show the differences.
