I just called Main Street and they will not have the kits for the 600 available for a few weeks. They did not yet have a price either.
Yea I went got my 600 Friday they going to be close for a whole week(Vacation) so they told me two weeks

When you guys reinstall the drive clutch there is two marks on the outside ring of the clutch face that you need to line up so it stays balanced as the clutch is balanced as one
don't break these bolts with that impact. Some impacts are really hard these days. Snap small bolts easy. I would buy torque wrench for last tightning
Where do I find the torque pound settings for nuts and bolts for my machine?

I took my secondary apart and put it back together, but when i took it off the spring jumped out and threw everything all over my garage, do they all have that key that goes into it, because i have a slot and lined them up but i couldn't find a key that goes into it? did i mess up?

actually you need dust proof grease in there, not water proof. Because in normal conditions there is a lot dust and not water. Dust should not stick to that grease or it will not move freely

I agree. I have been looking at cf Moto since about 2014. I decided to get back into atv’s a few moths ago and was seriously considering one, but I was very hesitant to pull the trigger because I was worried about quality. Blake’s videos changed my mind. Now I have a 600 sitting on 28in mudzillas in the garage beside my 570xmr. Absolutely love it!

The Brazilian market does not have qualified mechanics, the little I learn is from watching your videos.

Hi, I have a question as to what this clutch kit will do for the performance of your quad. Will it lower the rpm's, increase speed, achieve better fuel economy???
All depends what kind of kit you get. Some will give better accel but lose top end. Some the other way around. Just depends.

Is there a certain torque you set your impact wrench to? I always worry about breaking a stud, nut, etc. if I don't use a torque wrench. Thank You for this video. I recently purchased a CForce 400 and have been using it to plow snow here in Minnesota.

Hey dude. Love your channel. I’m from New Zealand and have a CForce 800. Any chance you could fwd me as shot of the label under the cap of the fuse block. My one is a crappy paper sticker and is unreadable. Keep up the great info. Awesome video man, but I can’t help but think that maybe CF Moro designed the clutches to be spongy to maybe make it more reliable for the long term? Just a guess, but have you heard or experienced anything go wrong with them since the install?

For the spring tension for B3 is aroumd 70 degrees (according to the video you linked in another comment). So even though everything lines up if i i go straight down i still need to rotate around 1/4 turn to the next leg? Is that how the tension and clocking work?

@@GeneracionGoshen777 Nothing really, but I didn't reclock my secondary . I called them to ask if I could wait until I got bigger tires and he said yes. I advice to reclock secondary when installing the clutch kit to get full results.

I just picked up a 2019 800xc. What's the purpose for the clutch kit? I'm in the process of tearing it down and doing a deep clean and just checking out where everything is at. While it's tore down any upgrades I think will help me I'll do. Great channel!
Thanks Eric.. we have a few videos on the channel explaining in detail about the kits for CFMOTO and Main Street Cycle carries the kit that i recommend for each model. So all you have to do is call them and tell them what model you have and they can ship you the kit you need. It will consist of new Primary Spring and primary weights and instructions on how to reclock your sevondary clutch. It helps eliminate belt slipping, its allows the engine to go higher in the RPM range to apply the Horse power that the engine is capable to apply and increases the rate of acceleration.
Blake I just received my kit from Main Street for my 800. It says to clock it at B3 but I noticed you said you had yours set at C2 which one is correct ? Thanks
B3 is perfect... B3 and C2 are only like 1 or 2 degrees difference.
just got a stage 1 cluctch kit from msc for my gen2 cforce 450s. can i reClock my 2ndary to B3 also? what are the effects? thanks blake

Just installed the clutch kit for 2021 cforce 600. Primary clutch is a 32mm and secondary is a 36mm. Also got it all together and the secondary is so tight it dies as soon as you put it into gear

@@remo900rr not really. Apparently the clutch kit I got was for bigger tires. I was told that was the only kit they had at main street cycles. I am not impressed with the power of the cforce 600. Everyone I have let ride the bike asks if something is wrong with it.. Eventually I would like to get an entire new clutch kit from airdam clutches with new primary and secondary and not just weights and a spring. If I had to do it over again I would not have bought the 600. It is way under powered. I also have a 2013 honda foreman 500, and 2019 polaris 570 sportsman. Both put this thing to shame.
Can I ask why you did this I have a 2022 Uforce 1000 clutch take a minute to engage will this help
Yes a MSC Stage 2 clutch kit or a MSC STAGE 3 Trail clutch kit will do wonders for your UFORCE..

I just bought the new 500 last week and I noticed when I break on gravel it has a popping not sure if it's cvt or what it is but it's annoying since it's a brand new machine. Any advice? Is this common?
Tell Joel, I don’t know what kind of grease he was using but we use graphite grease that way stuff don’t stick to it. It’s a dry grease.
What is this clutch kit supposed to do? I need to modify the clutch on our UForce 1000 to provide a smoother start.

I have Cforce 450L 2019. and from quad I want more power in high gear when i go uphil.
Now in uphil my cforce is loosing power, rpm is the same but speed just drops.
I contacted Airdum clutch and Main Street Cycle but no one has responded for last 3 weeks. I would really like to install a kit ( spring and rollers) for primary clutch. Is there some website to order central spring and variomat roller?
Can i just re-clock secundary clutch for better performance for drive uphil in high gear? And in what position I need re-clock secondary clutch?

Hey Blake will reclocking the secondary on my uforce 1000 to b2 help with running 30s
Those weights look larger then the original weights. I thought you wanted to go lighter with larger tires. Factory is 14grams. Don't you want to go down to 10grams? The plastic sliders are 8grams for a total of 18grams.
Would re clocking to A1 or C1 help with the jerkiness of the Uforce 1000? Or is there anything that can be done about that?
Maybe just for the mechanically declined. Why would I change my clutch? What does upgrade do?

That’s the video we’re all waiting for. Gonna get that bottom end snap back that those big tires robbed a little bit of. I kinda think the 28’s I’m gonna use won’t require a clutch kit I’ll probably do it for longer belt life. I’ll chat with Adam from airdam when I’m ready to get a kit tuned for it.

Dexter it was just a Marine grade Water Resistant Grease.
Hello! Great videos!! We get a lot of information from them. Yet i am a litlle unsure with what option i should go with. I have a cf 820 from 2019. It has quite a bit of power, but i would like some more torque. Most of the time i go on mountain roads with moderate to hard climbs, so i need it to pull in Low gear, even at higher rpm.
Any idea how I can get this kit in Canada?

I wanna change up my secondary clutch I already upgraded the primary. But I’m looking for info on what I should change it to (secondary)?? I like to ride hard and fast. Stock rims woth mud lite 2’s on.
I Would recommend A-2. Or even B-3. What size are your mudlites and what machine do you have

@@BrandoCG All you have to do is buy some front wheel spacers to make it match.. or you can go to a 14 inch aftermarket rim with a 5+2 offset and you wont use the rear spacers.

i have a 2021 cforce 600 touring with 65 miles on it.i like it very much but after riding for 30 mins or so i parked it to check the clutch and the metal housing around the clutch was quite hot is that normal

Ok, so for all of you that are searching the internet for the answer, I finally found it in the service manual (for 850xc). Driver pulley main nut = 180Nm, driver pulley shaft nut = 60Nm, driven pulley nut = 150Nm

I know I have asked a couple questions but the last thing that is confusing me is that there are 3 triangle pieces and 3 rubber feet, which one do they need to be against, because i went to A-3 and it lined up perfectly with my mark from B-1, so i didn't have to twist it to get it on the right side of the rubber foot. Should i have twisted it anyways and tried to go to the next rubber foot?
Yes it has to be twisted because that is how you get your "Spring Tension" A3 should be around 88 Degrees which is a LOT! I am at C2 on my 800 and 500 and B3 on my 600

I dont know how they would even know you reclocked it unless you had a clutch problem later and they took it apart

Hey how you doing? I have a quick question about my 2019 cf moto 800xc. When I ride my cf moto a Lil over a hour it starts to cut off when I hit da gas. It also start jerking hard like it’s catching gear hard when I first hit da gas. Now when it starts to do that I let it sit for about a hour and it stops and start riding normal again. What do you think that could be?

Joe its not any particular stage. Its q clutch kit.. we sell one special kit per cfmoto model. All you have to do is call MSC and tell them what model you have and that you want the clutch kit for your machine and thats what they send you.
Hey man quick question on install for the new clutch? Is there torque specs to follow when installing or servicing the clutch? Is it the manual? I notice you are just using the impact.
You have to have a special tool to hold the clutches to be able to properly torque them.. but the guys at the shop have certain impacts calibrated to be able to torque them like they need to be. The torque spec is in the service manual

Did you silicon the cover when you reinstalled it?
No, the factory seal on the clutch cover is very good.. Just always inspect it and make sure its in the groove right. Ive never had one to leak

IDK how he did it, but he made the part where you turn the top disk to line up the notch with the rubber bumper, mine will NOT go back to its original position, i pulled my back trying to turn it, is there something i'm missing? Is it suppose to be this difficult?

I think i see, you can turn it only clockwise and it doesn't look like it matters which rubber boot you put it against as long as it's on the right side of it.. lol i kept trying to put it counterclockwise back to its original position.. Thanks man, HUGE help.

@@justincourt668 hey Justin i believe MSC has only been able to setup a shipping method for inside the US.. They havent ventured out to more shipping methods yet due to increase in cost of shipping.
