Cheap Alternative is Dr fixit silicon sealant for 400 rs (1 pc), or any other "adhesive sealant / glass sealant", its job is only to cover spoke holes, so you can use water proof sealant or else.

I think you will get more wheel vibration above 50K/H speed because the weight of the wheels will increase or decrease. Better do the wheel balancing to avoid vibration. 🤷

It is not recommended and not a sustainable solution. The spokes to be tightened periodically otherwise the rims can get bend. You can do it for a Himalayan trip or so that's it. Motul has released a solution which can be filled in the tubes which may be an alternative option.

Manish bhai and anyone who has taken delivery from One Triumph delhi/gurugram can you please confirm regarding scrambler 400x invoice, dealer is charging 1500 logistic charges. Did you also pay this because AFAIK these are illegal and showroom cant charge this.

Ok. Update is I raised a complaint with Triumph care and then showroom waived off the charges. But meanwhile I have purchased Himalayan so cancelled Scrambler booking eventually.

I have not seen any tubeless conversion vlog which is covered with so much detail for himalayan 450. Watch the vlog guys someone need this would find this useful. Don't complain for silly things he has made this for us.
