Beautiful home. The master bedroom and bathroom are outstanding. The closets are perfect. I didn’t see any linen closets anywhere. That will be a must have for me.
What i don't like is that why most 4 - and 5 bedrooms have only 2 bathrooms that don't make any sense one bathroom is for the master bedroom and the other is for 3 bedrooms? I would like 4 or 5 bedrooms, but i want more bathrooms .
What a dump, why do all your homes have the same bland white paint with black faucets. Where is the color and the character of the house. Again wire shelves and cheap blinds, bleech. For that asking price you must fire your builder cause it is obviously overpriced and under delivering.
Well Dino do you sell real estate? I guess not or you’d know that this colour palette is the best sellers. If someone wants to paint with colours they can do it after purchase. But for those who like this fresh look they can move in and just start living.
Dino, trying to decorate and sell to someone as of yet unknows style is not a solid use of investment money. People change things when they move in, I am a contractor in this area and I can tell you everyone has their own eccentricity. ive seen it all Brother, from light fixtures to flooring to garage doors and bathrooms.
