Howdy Renzo. Great to see my Florida bud today. It was hard to tell if this was new construction or existing. Finally decided it was existing because of the curtains. They left it in spotless condition. My price guess was 100K more than the price. Looks like a great deal.

We moved to Florida from Texas and let me tell you if you don’t make 100k or more you going to be struggling financially but bad . And this is in all South Florida if you move to Tampa 90k and if you move to central Florida around 80k to 75k . School are more expensive food is more expensive gasoline ⛽️ is more expensive and even daycare😅 costs are higher. And didn’t even think you can rent or buy a house without flooring insurance and let me tell you most of them they only cover 10 % . The state is absolutely gorgeous but and definitely more safe than Texas , but extremely expensive also.

Very nice home, and NO HOA's. Roof: A metal roof might be more durable, but it amplifies noise like a drum. I personally don't like metal roofs when it rains. It doesn't matter how much insulation you have, it is extremely noisy. If I was in the market for a new house, I would go for a house with regular shingles.

That tax bill is crazy. The schools there must be palaces…That’s gonna jack that mortgage payment up…Florida used to have a low cost of living - those days are gone. Like my grandad walking 5 miles up hill both ways to school…
