Ocala has been swamped with massive apartment complexes and people moving in from everywhere. Development has been massive and that 1 acre is going to be surrounded by 90 year olds in golf carts before you know it.

I would never buy a home off of you tube. To many scams out there .Google is there scams people selling house's that don't belong to them. And Google is there scams on you tube
