Hello Mary, those builders don't make private pool properties, there houses with screened pool in Ocala, but not new houses. I can find for you a really good move in ready resale property

Are you willing to pay more for more room space? Rooms include extra material because is more ceiling, flooring. A piece of yard is less in cost
