Main agar apna experience batau to amazon se itne product purchase kiya hu unme se 1 fresh product (a router around 7000 rs) ko easily replace kiya uske baad vahi reseller ne mujhe purana fata hua product chupkaya lekin uske baad bhi maine unke customer care ko contact kiya complete proof with photos uske baad fir unne us product ka price pura refund kar diya unne I mean just like Mytra which if I'm not wrong also owned by same owner who owns Flipkart. Matlab Myntra ki service Flipkart se behtar hain kai mamlo pe. Aur ye to ab tak worst event tha jo mere saath hua tha aur unne bina kisi argument ke solve bhi kar diya. Iske alava aur bhi kai cheez maine return/exchange ki hain unke site pe kabhi koi digkat nahi hui bas mera rule fix hain amazon pe always be ready with proof of their service and they will 100% help you with you concern if the reseller is fullfiled or Prime if even not they won't gonna just ignore you at all they will still try to help you but if reseller is not trustable then you might have to do a little hard work for it. But as I said if reseller is atleast fulfilled then they will have to take 100% responsibility of your order. I'm not trying to be biased. Myntra ki server achi hain balki Flipkart mukable kai behtar hain lekin Flipkart is just like ebay now.

I ordered a playstation 5 from flipkart and got a defective one. After weeks of follow up i got it replaced. The seller shipped a used one. Then refund was the only option. The pickup was scheduled after one week but one day pickup was assigned. I called the ekart guy to discuss the pickup time as I was in office and had to get back to hand over the product as I live alone. The ekart guy was soooo rude and he straight up denied to pick the PS up. he said the company has told him not to pick up the product. I have all the recordings and the images. As I live alone and have to go to work it wasn't possible for me to daily follow up with those people and I was so frustrated. At last I had to take it to the service centre to get it replaced. Got a new one from sony within a week but now never going to use flipkart ever again. Even the account of the previous owner was logged in. Spent 50K and now regretting buying from flipkart. I have deactivated my flipkart account now and not ever buying anything from flipkart again

Flipkart is not at all worth buying products now a days. They have changed their return policies and don't want to take responsibility of anything they are selling. Brands should also refrain from launching devices exclusively on flipkart considering so many complains by consumers.
