How to open the REAR DOOR FROM THE INSIDE in the Pajero!

Great video mate, I have the NS long wheel base, it does highlight a major safety issue with the Pajero in regards to finding a rear escape option should you need it 😮 👍

Great idea the only problem I see is if you are in the back with door shut I don't think you can remove the backs panel. So to over come this if you put a longer shaft on to the mechanism and put a hole through the back panel, jib done. Just a thought..

Or when the poorly designed rear door handle fills with dust and no longet works until washed out

That's it mate. Mine was a bit eh so a bit of degreaser on the mechanical parts made it work smoothly 🙂

Hey notices you have a table on the door.
Can you drop the table without opening the door ?

As in drop the table when the door is closed inside the car? No it will catch on the sides 🙂

So how do you get out if the table is closed?

@livingjacqueline drop it a little so you can get your hand in to take the plastic cover off then put your hand in and push the lever. The table just can't go down all the way🙂💯

@budget4x4life Yes ! Just checked and the kaon table will go down enough with the door closed.
Rear door has been playing up. So far have been able to jiggle it open but going ro get this just in case it fails out bush

@@cezadageza no worries 🙂 spray some degreaser on the mechanical parts inside as well so it doesn't get stuck 🙂
