Thank you, Jeff, there were not "too many" steps. You were clear and concise. I will definitely plan to use this method for my next entrance door build. I believe I can keep mortises for both parts of each joint the same size and location by using the Mortise Match and avoid any measuring inconsistencies, making it easy to get a good fit when I make tenons all the same size using the table saw and router table. BTW, a demo using this method might make another good video for you. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been doing this with my DF700 for years, though with round over bits. These half round bits seem really nice. It’s a good idea to put a peg through the loose tenon in the other piece so it is mechanically locked into both pieces. Plus the peg is yet another opportunity for an accent

Hallo schön dich zu sehen . Denn dich sehe ich mit am Liebsten, bist sehr sympathisch auch wenn ich nicht Wort für Wort verstehe. Ich wollte es würde mehr in Deutschland von Woodpeckers geben. Habe bis jetzt nur den Tsquare 600mm und den Winkel Edelstahl SS in 300mm. Absolute geeile Teile. Freue mich halt dann auf weitere Videos von dir/euch.

TIP: use Tightbond Extend with loose ternions. it has a thinner viscosity and gives a bity more working time. If you have ever had Tightbond regular starting to gram part wat through, you know what I mean...
