One of the simplest yet impactful mods that you can do on any motorcycle, let alone himi... Good one Ben bro. Looking forward to your long term views on battery reliability and longevity. I wish I could transform my himi at least to 50% of what you've achieved.
But why are the added accessories directly connected to the battery . Add a relay ( 30 amps ) along with a fuse triggered via the ignition key .This will cut of power to all the added accessories when ignition is switched off . And dont worry on the reliability of this battery pack . The cells used are from a very renowned company called Lithium Werks and they have a charge/discharge cycle count of 4000 . It should easily last at least 5 years . LiFePo4 batteries are extremely robust and is a perfect fit for automobile starter battery . Charge density is less , hence they heat up less . The chemistry is stable compared to NMC,LiPo etc etc . The battery pack is thermally insulated so that they dont heat up from external temperature and the cells have an exhaust vent for safety .LFP battery dont bulge or inflate unlike a Li-ION battery .. The only thing which i didnt liked was a lack of proper IP rating on these battery . They could have planned for a better casing and sealing to pass the IP ratings .
I bought a 411 with 6k on the clock thanks to you, BS4 as well, I rode it last month, was wonderful, the things I'm going to do to it and subsequently with it :D How do you keep your bike so clean! I really want to know. I'll search for a video if you have one on the subject. Almost every other bike's internals I see is terrible, I think the key is to work on your own bike as much as possible? Looking forward to taking mine apart after a bit and rebuilding the electrical, that bike I'm buying seems to have a rat nest of wires iirc.
@@aakashnair9577 Not really. Human strength and sensitivity change all the time, so you are unable to objectively replicate the same measurements. These have been scientifically studied and proven. For example, every mechanic who said they don't need torque wrenches has failed in blind tests.

i 100% agree to the last sentence .
and thanks a ton for all the information.

Would have been good if you summarized the technical specifications of the OEM vs the lithium battery.
I am not an expert, but it might be possible to add a battery protection circuit that disconnects it once the voltage drops below certain voltage.
Looking forward to a long term review on this.
Fuzeblocks FZ-1 Power Distribution Block. Pls check the Features.
No offense, but human's ability to "feel the change" is the most inaccurate and untrustworthy measurement.
@@VarunBhargavan 👏👏👏well said
But if you have something with you for a long time you will notice little changes too thats how sensitive human’s ability too

Is it rated for motorcycle use? Or is it generic li ion battery?
watch the last part of the video
🔥🔥
Hope it wont catch fire.
You will end up destroying your bike alternator please ensure that you have a backup if you are on a long run.
4 times no lol..😅but thanks for information
Hoe do you manage to keep your engine cover so clean. Is there any product to apply? Mine looks a lil whitish I think it is due to engine heat I guess

hi brother
Lithium ion hates water
after 6months it will start to bulge
