I've seen it made using creamer powder and brown sugar mixed together and shaken; yes... then with extra brown sugar drizzled on the side and that drink poured in. My guess is it's full fat milk. The drink gets its best flavor being as creamy as possible. Non-Fat and Semi Skimmed don't have a full coating mouth feeling. Hope that helps.
It's not hard to make those honestly. U just need to make sure u use BROWN SUGAR. Use the best brown sugar u can find and also organic milk. Then it will taste better than outside milk tea

This is called the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. But they also have a Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Tea on the menu too. I'm not sure how much tea they add to that one, but probably enough to taste it. Majority of places I know of who do the Brown Sugar drink, call it a boba tea, but it doesn't actually have any tea in it. I don't agree with naming it that, but I think because it's a generic term. Like bubble tea. It can mean milky or fruity... It's an umbrella term. So best if you inquire into each shop to find out which of their Brown Sugar series drinks actually put tea into them. 🤣🧋😇🥰

If you're able, consider buying the brown sugar syrup from a bubble tea supplier. It is less expensive and will have the perfect viscosity when making the brown sugar milk drinks. 😍 But of course, If you're wanting to go as natural as possible, then simply finding a way to make the brown sugar syrup at home is ideal.
