Неизношенный токарный станок, токарный и цанговый патроны очень понравились-мне приходится работать на убитом 1К62 выпуска 1972 года с неверной шкалой угломера и поэтому приходится буквально "творить чудеса", точить с одной установки детали, чтобы достичь соосности отверстий и приемлемой точности посадок подшипников( использование строительного фена при посадке подшипников на ось обязательно возьму себе на вооружение))). Воистину "век живи-век учись!"

I saw the grinding disc was whobbling a bit. You can tap the spinning rod with a plastic hammer to adjust it untill the whobbling stops. Do it while it is spinning

I think this would be one of the two reasons I subscribed to this person, the other is because s/he's japanese. Also, s/he's not talkative, so soothing watching her/his videos, despite I don't have a lathe.
@@outstanding1448 glad I'm not the only one that loves it! When I'm in the shop, I always put one of these videos on to hear the music in the background. For some reason it just chills the vibe out and makes working on the lathe soothing. Plus, I always see little things that they do that I like to experiment with on my own lathe. I don't know how deep your interest is in machining, but I wholly recommend that you pick up an inexpensive lathe to give it a shot. I had a mild passing interest in machining and the second I started making chips, it turned into an obsession. I'm now on my 3rd lathe upgrade, 2nd mill and have 2 CNC mills. It's one of the most enjoyable things I've ever gotten into!

Imagine having the chance to re-learn a trade, which I have already a diploma for, but never practicing it (as electrician), yet choose to start from zero to become a master of a lathe. Too bad something came in between and I missed that opportunity. It's because, at the end of the day, you can enjoy your work, how beautiful turned out to be, while as electrician you only do it for money. This is why people are stressed - they feel alienated from their work, ending up doing something only for money. I also don't have a place where to put it, so what remains for me is to watch & enjoy.
@@outstanding1448 I think you misunderstand my comment. I'm not saying 'change your trade'. I'm saying pick it up as a hobby because it's a great hobby. I do machining in my off hours on the weekends and night and have a day job not at all related to machining. Also, I was able to fit a small Seig 7x10 in a 2 bd condo, so it's possible to fit one on a desk!
@@shirothehero0609, definitely. I was thinking you have a shop and a small business because I know an experienced person having an old, solid one in a 3,5x2m enclosure and earning money like this. I saw mini lathe on youtube, bought from Aliexpress and, who knows, maybe I'll buy a $2-300 one someday. :)

ロータリーブローチという加工なのですね。どうしてあの加工して、角穴があくか理解できてません。スクラップランプさんなら、工具ホルダーも作ってしまいそうな感じがします。
うちの会社でも似たような工具作って六角穴加工しました。
ウチはロータリーブローチとは違うやり方でスロッターみたいに1角ずつ突き加工で使用しました。
