I think maybe you've done videos like this before? But I'd love to see a follow up video where you went over what products you actually used while traveling, and what you didn't, and if you forgot anything
Stack all t shirts (dresses, pants, nightwear) on top of each other, fold them using the KonMari method and then put them in a packing cube. I fit 2 weeks of clothes in a carry on using this method. Im talking 15 shirts, 4 jeans, 6 dresses and 8 night dresses.
I keep seeing brands do packing cubes vs konmari, which is wild to me since they work best in combination like you said! Packing cubes also makes it so much easier to find what you need
Best tip I can share for travelling with hoops or just in general storing them is to clip one through the other like interlocking rings that way you don’t have to search for the other earring and can just grab one and get both.
I do this with my studs as well. Close one stud normally and then put the other stud through the closing of the first stud and close the second one. So they are always together
One of my travel must-haves is an insulated water bottle that I fill with ice. While large liquids aren't allowed through TSA, ice is allowed. I drink whatever melts right before going through security and let them know it's ice. Sometimes they check, sometimes they don't. Once I'm through security, I use the water fountain or filling station in the airport and have cold water through my flight.
In the early 1980s women were being diagnosed with toxic shock syndrome. When the CDC investigated, they found a a link when they interviewed the survivors. (A few didn't make it). They all used the Rely tampons. These tampons were billed to be longer lasting than the ones on the market. Once the link was discovered, Rely was pulled from the shelves, and taken completely off the market. Tampons and other products aren't regulated, but the materials they use are bc of the Rely tampons.
Drugstore lip combo that you *_have_* to try: L'Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick in Mon Caramel Neutrogena Hydroboost Hydrating Lip Shine in Radiant Rose
Yessssss!!!! Please do more travel tips videos!!! Love love love this❤ Also, tip for your water bottle! I have seen on travel channels that you can bring an empty reusable bottle through security and then fill it at the water fountain!
You can actually fit even more in if you switch the sides you put stuff in! If you put your clothes on the side with the mesh bag and tighten the straps it actually acts as a compression packing cube. I was able to fit two weeks worth of stuff in the smallest away carry on.
The removal pad is the compression pad. So would suggest you flip the clothes to the compression pad side so you can use the straps to tighten and get the “extra air” out from the clothes. The other mesh net side is for shoes and non compressible items.
I just finished watching your newest Disney vlog, and it won’t allow us to comment due to the safety feature when there are minors present, but I just wanted to say that I think you look great! You rocked that skirt! You definitely don’t have to be insecure about your legs, but I definitely understand that.
Please please do a traveling with baby video! My son is one week older than Gigi and I’d love to hear your recommendations before our upcoming trip. Also a baby in general video? What baby gear are you love now?
I always pack a pop up hamper whenever we travel. Everything goes in one place and no searching for kid socks on the last day before we check out! I love your packing videos!
I'm sure Lola might be great but I am all about the menstrual cup now! If you haven't tried one yet I would recommend giving it a try. No more buying tampons, saves a lot of money.
Whoa! That's a lot of stuff for one week 😳 I bet it's almost both a blessing and a curse to be knowledgable about so many skin care and makeup products. Blessing because you know what's good and you ALWAYS look flawless but a curse because you feel like you can't miss a single step in skin care or makeup tricks. You are absolutely lovely 🌺
I always cruise during hurricane season (it is cheaper). Only problem I had was one of our stops got wiped out the day before we were suppose to visit, we got rerouted to Roatan one on the first cruise ships to visit which turned out to be the best part of the trip the island had seen very few tourists and did not have the usual tourist traps. Walt Disney and bad weather I don't mind the rain and it is a great time to skip the lines and get on rides. It blew my mind seeing 4 hour wait for Snow Dwarf roller coaster this was the time of year that there was hardly any kids there ….. we hardly had to wait in any lines. All you have safe and wonderful trips.
Love this video, Jessica. I highly recommend a drawstring jewelry pouch. It’s not as fussy as a full on jewelry organizer. Just a pouch with slots so your jewelry doesn’t get tangled. They have them on Amazon.
I love how up front you are when you are doing something sponsored!! So many youtubers try to hide it. You are always so open and I can tell you truly love what you are talking about!!! You’re soooo honest!!!! You and your husband are some of my faves on UA-cam! 💜💜💜💜💜
Pouches & packing cubes are a must. We travel a lot and it’s saved our luggage contents when Air Canada destroyed a new Samsonite checked bag! Everything stayed in place instead of losing little stuff all over the belly of the plane. And as you pointed out- so easy to find what you need in a hurry at the end of a long exhausting day traveling when you finally reach the hotel & need stuff fast for bedtime. I love the Le Pliage tote. I bought a black one, tan leather handles same size as you showed. It’s amazing for travel as well as a shopping errand day around town.
I love Longchamp totes for traveling! They are so durable and I love that they fold up. I often travel with a carry-on suitcase and a backpack. I will fold my Longchamp to put in my suitcase so when I get somewhere I'd have a purse. I own the backpack and the two different tote sizes. Amazing bag!
I bought those packing cubes after you recommended them the last time and it is seriously like changing on a trip! You have such good taste/practical advise ✨
I’m so glad you posted this, I have literally been looking at away suitcases the past week and debating between the medium and bigger carry on so I was happy to see the actual size of the medium besides just in pictures!
great suggestions. love away and longchamp. i travel a lot and those are both fantastic pieces. my only caution with the longchamp (and I have suggested to the company) is that they should add a trolley sleeve. it would be near perfection if they did. it makes a world of difference imo. :)
You are the queen of packing. I always watch your packing videos before I go on a long weekend trip and try to utilize all the space I need to pack. I have also taken tips with what makeup you pack and applied it to how and what I take also.
Yes, I’m so glad that there are more brands that sell organic feminine products because I just found out that I’m allergic to a lot of feminine products that are sold in stores!
I am going to Disney in a few days and I don't want to use powders.. thank you for recommending the wet n wild contour stick! It's amazing! Enjoy your trip!!
I am leaving today for Disney (woo-hoo!) and watching this definitely helped me double check a few things! This is the first time I have packed using cubes and let me tell you, I am not going back! Usually just looking at me full suitcase would give me anxiety but they definitely help me feel more organized & less likely to forget something! It feels like we have been planning this trip for forever so I cannot wait to get this vacay started!
I hope your trip hasn’t been delayed. We’re in Ft. Lauderdale (actually, Pompano Beach, but no one knows where that is) and we were supposed to head to Orlando for the holiday weekend. We had to cancel and we’re expecting Dorian to hit soon.
Maybe In one of your day in your life vlogs or something you could share what kind of Kindle you have & some books you enjoy reading? I see you always seem to pack it, I enjoy reading & I'm thinking of getting a Kindle not sure which one or if they have enough space for quite a bit of books on there. Love to know your thoughts & interest.
I was in St. Paul for prep week for law school and only took the "bigger carryon" from Away and the bag that attaches to the suitcase. I had to bring my books too, and I got it all in there. I've been thinking about getting a bigger one though. I love my Away suitcase set. When it arrived, it almost seemed too nice for me to own. I also invested in the travel clothing brand Anatomie. They are pricey, but they are wrinkle-resistant and fold into nothing. that's how I was able to bring 7 pair of pants/shirts, 5 books, two jackets and two pair of shoes in my carryon. You should check out the brand. Their Kenya jacket has a zillion pockets so it's like a purse that you can wear. It is the best travel jacket.
Please put packing tape over the crack on the mirror. It will prevent any shards falling into your bag and accidentally cutting you. You are so excited and I loved this video. I wish you, Tyler and Gigi a wonderful and fun trip. I will be watching it on Tyler's channel probably if he posts there. LOL
On your trips with your daughter do you buy her her own seat or have her sit in your lap? Wondering what may work best when we travel with our daughter next year
Awesome video. You really know how to pack what you actually need. I'd love to see a video from you on how to pack minimal style using the same pieces more than once. Like jeans, tshirt, blouse and jeans, jeans and a cami etc. That would be soooooo awesome .
RE: the quarters and pennies for the penny press machines ... I was just a WDW about a month ago, and noticed that they're changing out the machines. Now they've got machines where you swipe your charge card for $1, turn the wheel, and it spits out a pressed penny. I know I saw one on Main Street in MK, and I saw one somewhere else (but can't remember where that was). To me, that's a sad change. I want to be able to put in my own penny and add quarters and have my penny pressed.
Jessica I haven't ironed since discovering Downey wrinkle release....it is AMAZING!! I always travel with their travel size...so much easier than an iron!! But I use it at home all the time too.....seriously it's a game changer!!
I love your videos! They are very informative and thorough! Please consider using a refillable water bottle. Most airports have filling stations near the water fountains. Hope you have a wonderful trip!
I love your packing videos- I think that's how I first found your channel years ago! I'm supposed to be leaving for disney early next week but we'll see how Dorian affects that...
so organized! I love it! need those smaller bags to keep my clothes from going all over the place. have fun at Disney. we actually went last month it's so fun.
lol i use the exact same spray and sunscreen but in spf 110 in the summer time and spf 50 and below during the winter....when i dont have time to blend the lotion and wait for it to sink in before i can go in with makeup i spray the spray on to a sponge and press it in like i would with concealer or foundation and it seems to work really well on the days that im wearing mostly just concealer or tinted moisturizer i do the same thing over the makeup during the day to reapply sunscreen...kate somerville sells a makeup spray with spf 50 but i dont have the money for it so im trying out this trick
Omg I use the men’s deodorant too😂😂😂😂. Me and my daughter thought we were the only ones!!!! And yes ma’am on the vitamins holder! Mine is purple. Two peas in a pod!!!!
I have that same Longchamp bag that I got in Paris where it's actually a bit less expensive than we pay here! I got it about 10 years ago and it's still going strong. It's my go-to carry on bag too, and I use it to pack the kids stuff for overnights at their cousin's. Still looks brand new! Thanks for the fun video, it was great to watch because we'll be heading to Disney in TWO WEEKS too!! Eeeeeek can't wait!!
Maybe the Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion in Translucent is nothing special, *but* the Shade *Eden* definitely is! For me one tube already lasts like more than a year. Definitely worth it! Never had an issue and it cancels out all my veins.
Honestly tsa claims to care about the clear bag for liquids but they don’t really! I got so paranoid but I’ve put them in so many bags. Better safe than sorry though!
My first trip to Disney was back in July I am a lifer now! Going back to see galaxies edge in January for my birthday! I love your packing videos and well all the others too lol😍
We just got back from Disney last Sunday. Love Disney. Also curious for a follow up review of your away suitcase. Most of the videos on UA-cam are sponsored and I am curious to see non sponsored feedback.
Love these types of videos! I am so going to do the Lola subscription! I've seen so many people talk about it, but I just told my husband that I trust this girl that I'm watching, so now I know it's worth it! 😁🥰
That’s my biggest pet peeve with Venus razors...that they don’t have a cover for those stinking razors. Oh, can you give us an explanation as to how you use your dry brush if you haven’t already?
Perfect video! I was wondering where the marble pouch you keep charging cords in is from? I didn’t see it linked in the description but would definitely love one.
Jessica, please give us your opinions on the Ulta 21 days of beauty! Also you look so great in the new Disney vlog. Beautiful momma! Hope you guys have a fun and safe trip.
Hey Jess! Have you tried a menstrual cup? I started using one two years ago and it takes a couple of cycles to get used to but once you do, it’s so much less waste.
What exactly do you use the dry brush for? My daughter has red bumps on the back of her arms that she is very self conscious about. I am wondering if that is what you were referring to and if this would help. Thanks!
I love ur Pink Away luggage and want to buy one as well!!! I also love how detailed and thorough you are in the videos as well! Great work, love your videos!
You sitting on the floor is reminding me of your old videos with the candle that had the beading around it in the background lol! I love your packing videos btw! 😃
I would love your opinion on undone beauty. They are sold on amazon and on their own sight. Very affordable and cream products ... basically all my buzz words. I just ordered their concealer in two shades and their cream lip and cheek and their giant compact that has bronzer and highlighter in it. Seems so simple and multi use friendly. Great for a minimalist or very curated collection. Reviews say concealer/coverage product is like glossier stretch but with actual coverage 😜
When I bought my big Lojel case recently, I sooooooo wanted the light pink colour 😭 but since I was doing so much big long distance travel, I was worried it would get so banged up so quickly so I got black. I might get a fun colour in a smaller size eventually though 🙊
I just realized that my HG lipgloss might be a drugstore dupe for that dose of colors one! The NYX butter gloss in “angel food cake” seems super close in color, and the way you describe the texture and smell sounds the same! I buy two at a time because I’m so afraid they’ll discontinue it 😂
I think maybe you've done videos like this before? But I'd love to see a follow up video where you went over what products you actually used while traveling, and what you didn't, and if you forgot anything
that wine color bag and brick shirt are giving me such fall vibes 🥰🥰
could you show us how you pack for gigi for a flight?? thanks jess!

Alyssa Potter agreeeeee!
Alyssa Potter same
I refilled my travel size bum bum cream with from the large container.
Great idea!!
Please please do a traveling with baby video! My son is one week older than Gigi and I’d love to hear your recommendations before our upcoming trip. Also a baby in general video? What baby gear are you love now?
I love how thorough you are! It's the teacher in you :) Great video! If you're still in FL during Hurricane Dorian stay safe.
I always pack a pop up hamper whenever we travel. Everything goes in one place and no searching for kid socks on the last day before we check out! I love your packing videos!
Amy Boyer same!
I'm sure Lola might be great but I am all about the menstrual cup now! If you haven't tried one yet I would recommend giving it a try. No more buying tampons, saves a lot of money.
Angela Chapman totally recommend the saalt cup specifically, it’s a lot softer than the diva or flower cups imo!
@@mirandaranda I will look that up. I have the Lena.
Seeing everything in tiny bags is soooo satisfying
We’re going to Disney this week too but are having second thoughts with the hurricane coming!! Stay safe!!
Kaitlin Crewse same with us. I’d hate to go knowing it’ll be raining the whole time.
We had to reschedule our trip 😭
We’re going next week on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. I’m a nervous wreck
Love this video, Jessica. I highly recommend a drawstring jewelry pouch. It’s not as fussy as a full on jewelry organizer. Just a pouch with slots so your jewelry doesn’t get tangled. They have them on Amazon.
I can’t comment on Tyler’s videos, but thank him for all the speedy uploads!

I started cracking up with the name of the mac eyeshadow then you clarified it was Haux 🤣🤣🤣
I love your packing videos! Also, I’m obsessed with my Away suitcase in the carry-on size. So easy to travel with and I can fit SO MUCH in it.
Found you from Taylor's video and haven't missed an upload since! I LOVE your channel, keep doing what you do Jess ❤🙌💜
Packing videos get me very excited.
I'm going to buy it next time I go to the store!!
I'm in Florida. I live here. Major cat 4 hurricane on way.
Where did you get the kindle case from? I love that it opens at the top.
I am leaving today for Disney (woo-hoo!) and watching this definitely helped me double check a few things! This is the first time I have packed using cubes and let me tell you, I am not going back! Us too. We're in Citrus county and my family is in Sarasota. We cancelled our Disney plans for this weekend. I'm surprised jess went.
We rescheduled for next weekend but now it's almost seeming like i should cancel that as the forecast keeps pushing the date back
Maybe In one of your day in your life vlogs or something you could share what kind of Kindle you have & some books you enjoy reading? I see you always seem to pack it, I enjoy reading & I'm thinking of getting a Kindle not sure which one or if they have enough space for quite a bit of books on there. Love to know your thoughts & interest.
Stay safe. I myself live in Florida not to far from Disney just close to the space center. And with the dates you are here and the hurricane.
Love that top! And I’m the same way I pack a bunch of smaller bags in my suitcase, it makes me stay so much more organized!
LOL
Just love you Jessica. You are so Down to earth and normal. ❤️ yet, beautiful, fun, and goofy with the perfect touch of class.
On your trips with your daughter do you buy her her own seat or have her sit in your lap? Wondering what may work best when we travel with our daughter next year
Wolfthorn is THE BEST! I've used it for years!
Awesome video. You really know how to pack what you actually need. I'd love to see a video from you on how to pack minimal style using the same pieces more than once. Like jeans, tshirt, blouse and jeans, jeans and a cami etc. That would be soooooo awesome .
I do hope ya'll are back now and safe from the impending hurricane! Always fun to see what ya pack. You are pros. I learn a lot. LOL
Longchamp bags are much more affordable in Europe. I picked up the size you have for around $90 at Longchamp store in Brussels last year.
You know you’re a big Jessica fan when you correctly guessed 90% of what was going to be in the makeup bag 🙈
Christina Radford And her crossbody! 😂
dang that suitcase looks so nice!
Omg I recommended Talking as Fast as I Can to you on Twitter!! That made me feel so happy and excited that you’re reading it 😃💕
Ok I think we can all agree that we need a bun tutorial JESSICA!!!!
Jessica I haven't ironed since discovering Downey wrinkle release....it is AMAZING!! I always travel with their travel size...so much easier than an iron!! But I use it at home all the time too.....seriously it's a game changer!!
You should do a GRWM in Disney! I loved the one you did on your cruise

Omg I use the men’s deodorant too😂😂😂😂. Me and my daughter thought we were the only ones!!!! And yes ma’am on the vitamins holder! Mine is purple. Two peas in a pod!!!!
Kelly Renee’ Adams where did you get the vitamins holder?
Dee MS Amazon I do believe 👍🏼. I have had it for awhile and it’s great. Cheap too !
This video had great timing. I just bought the large Away suitcase and I'm traveling soon. Researching luggage is a major pain. I hope I like it.
Do you know the color name of her longchamp tote? Thanks
Maybe the Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion in Translucent is nothing special, *but* the Shade *Eden* definitely is! For me one tube already lasts like more than a year. Definitely worth it! Never had an issue and it cancels out all my veins.
This is perfect timing because I am trying to figure out our luggage for our 2 week Disney/ cruise trip. That laundry bag is perfect!
Jess!! I think I just saw you and your beautiful family at Disney I was so star struck you're gorgeous ❤️
Honestly tsa claims to care about the clear bag for liquids but they don’t really! I got so paranoid but I’ve put them in so many bags. Better safe than sorry though!
Girl I’m with you on the men’s old spice deodorant.. it’s BOMB & beats that powdery smell you get with the women’s kind
I love, love, love my Away bags. I have two and they are so spacious and fit so much.
I loveddd Lauren’s book! I learned so much about her. The book is amazing! ❤️
Perfect video! I was wondering where the marble pouch you keep charging cords in is from? I didn’t see it linked in the description but would definitely love one.
Try a menstrual cup... GAME. CHANGER.
Jessica, please give us your opinions on the Ulta 21 days of beauty! Also you look so great in the new Disney vlog. Beautiful momma! Hope you guys have a fun and safe trip.
I bought messy bun based on your recommendation and love it! Your recommendations never fail me
Where is that marble pouch from??? It is adorable!
Thanks!
Have a fun and safe trip with your family !
I love ur Pink Away luggage and want to buy one as well!!! I also love how detailed and thorough you are in the videos as well! Great work, love your videos!
Yaaasssss! Perfect timing! I’m leaving to Hawaii after Labor Day! My packing game has gotten way better thanks to Jessica!
Could you pretty please link that multiple end charging cord thing you have in your carry-on?
I’ve been debating between an Away and a Samsonite but I still don’t know!
When I bought my big Lojel case recently, I sooooooo wanted the light pink colour 😭 but since I was doing so much big long distance travel, I was worried it would get so banged up so quickly so I got black. I might get a fun colour in a smaller size eventually though 🙊
Great video. I have the Lepliage knock off that I got on Amazon. I have had it for years and it is a wonderful bag at a fraction of the price.
I just realized that my HG lipgloss might be a drugstore dupe for that dose of colors one! The NYX butter gloss in “angel food cake” seems super close in color, and the way you describe the texture and smell sounds the same! I buy two at a time because I’m so afraid they’ll discontinue it 😂
This just came right on time bc im flying 8h to barcelona today and im getting in my travel vibe
Your makeup & overall look has been killing it....yaaassss fall glam!
Please do a fave MAC eyeshadow singles. Also, you favorite hairspray is on sale at Ulta this weekend.
