IT WORKED!!! I can't thank you enough!! I live in a basement house in Kentucky and it's been in the twenties lately and I've been freezing!! I'm a single female with no male relatives or male friends and I've been racking my brain trying to find an affordable fix on my own!! You're a life saver, my friend! THANK YOU!!
There is a small wire with a thermo on the end under front cover you will see it. Move it away from the fan area, I moved it to the right and into the control wire area.
We just bought an 18,000 BTU Senville, and mounting it above a passageway between rooms, the main room having a vaulted ceiling. It does seem to me, these mini-splits should be mounted much lower on the wall, or use a ceiling fan. We have two ceiling fans that have run constantly for the past five years, to keep our 600 square foot room comfortable, year-round. The only other heat is a wood stove.
I figured when I move the thermostat closer to the fan it did reach to the temperature I wanted. So does that mean the outdoor and indoor unit is working fine. It’s just that all the heat rise up and not coming down?
Windows doors closed. Remote control batteries removed cause i use wifi resideo app to control unit. Heats room to 70 . Cant heat pass 70. Any settings on the remote i need to look at. I have a fujitsu 12RLFW1

How do you get the heat to come on. I have the same exact one in my room.
You need the remote to set it into heat mode.
@jatlifevlogs2725 I have the remote and set it on heat and nothing happened.
@@TrueBossLady0705 Does it work in any mode? What does the display show anything on the unit?
@jatlifevlogs2725 Yes, it works on the a/c and the fan. It has a dry mode and the heat mode.
@@jatlifevlogs2725 It also has the LED digital temp on the front.
Make sense
run it at higher fan speed ,it should work harder
