- Load the sequences to your Crave and play jams with your synths and drum machines!
"Techno Jam" is a collection of 64 bass patterns for different subgenres of Techno, Minimal, House, Progressive: Acid, Deep, Rave, Dub, Tribal, Hard, Industrial, Dark, Electro, etc.
📠 Behringer Crave - Techno Jam (64 Patterns): bit.ly/3VmtAmm
Try different BPMs, Envelope and Filter settings to get a wide range of results.
The length of the sequences is up to 32 steps, including "odd" length (e.g. 14, 18 and so on) for polyrhythmic grooves.
They are done in C2 Minor scale, but of course, you may transpose them to any note.
Each sequence is thoroughly set: Gate Length, Ratchet, Glide, Accent.
If you use an external clock I recommend to set time devision on Crave to 7.
For loading the sequences to your Crave you must use SynthTool app. It’s available on official Behringer website - Crave page - Downloads.
The sequences were made on Crave with firmware 1.1.1 installed. For proper work you should have the same version or higher (in future).

Anton Anru if you had to pick one before the other would you pick up a crave or a neutron, I can’t make up my mind?
you may start with Crave, it's a bit easier to learn, BUT it's still very deep in its opportunities
Anton Anru that’s what I went with should be arriving today I’m excited! I love your vids very well done and great info!
Beheringer should pay you for this. This sold me into this machine.
Thank you🙏
this is the first behringer design that is truly easy on the eyes
The force is strong in this one
With these affordable semi modulars its a great time to be alive
I guess many interesting things gonna be in future, it worth to be alive
one of these - a td3 and a drum machine - ooh!
thats a great little 3 unit setup...
That deep house stuff you played was wicked
Thanks
This must be best sounding carve of the internnet. You are genius.
Thank you🙏
My crave is coming on Saturday....just because of the tones this guy creates.....stunning....
Loving the first dub....
🙏
Groovy and funky, great sequencing. Like a classy 303.
Thanks
Shit these are straight outta the late 90s.. bravo
Thanks
This one is really gold!
Such great patches/patterns, you truly get everything out of this (beautiful) machine what is possible. I can hear clearly that you are passionate about synthesizer, sound design & music production. Thanks for the great content 🙏
Thank you for the feedback🙏. Yes, synths and sound are my greatest passion
A true spirit Detroit techno! Great patchs!
Thank you
Both machines worth every cent! I love these machines so much I bought two, and I ordered top of the line knobs for them will use my silhouette to print clear vinyl with updates and my awesome channel coming soon! lol, I really love to fancy my tools up! Carbon thumb screws for any modules, and of course clear washers underneath Amazon got knobs worth every cent!
So inspiring music. Thanks
Wow! Best demo so far to me! Really good programming! Love its accents
Thank you

great liquid acid @ 8:34, well done!
These are excellent!
Suppa groovy sounds and nice tekno presentation
that's what we all need
But is it teKno?
Very nice. I’m thinking of getting the crave to pair with my Digitakt. I make minimal house and techno mostly.
That would be a nice addition to digitakt
Dude, the part around 4:30 is soo smooth... You've got yourself a new subscriber, hell, can't wait for the crave to arrive!
Wish you great fun with it
Excellent !
mmmmm these all sound amazing - thankyou for demo-ing, i'll try some of these vibes with my td-3 and digitakt....but now really considering if I should add a crave to the mix.
Incredible sounds🙌
thank you
Whoah! That's some seriously intense stuff right there

INFECTUOUS BASSLINES FROM HELL!!!

8:21 is gorgeous
🤘
Nice :)
Please make a RAVE pack!!!!
Good point
3:32 💙
What interface is that? MOTU ... ?
I love your sound very nice.
I have subscribed !
Thank you! Yes, it's motu ultralite mk3 hybrid
3:32 is brilliant
as well as 8:21
Thank you
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Soooooo awesome🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you
Best $200.00 I spent.
thank you this is great. In some patches the basslines sound like you used some legato playing, a thingthat i am trying to accomplish on my crave (i got it around 3 weeks ago). Of course you use the glide, but how do you give the legato mode to some of the notes in the patterns, instead of regular staccato mode?
try setting note/gate length to max
I was like #420 !!!
Another crave sold! The pattern and sound starting at 8:21 is exactly the sound I'm looking for. I thought I just needed a 303 clone, now that I now that the Crave can make those sounds as well, I can pull the trigger. Thanks! (p.s. Where I can download/buy those patterns?)
I'm really glad you like it. It's available here: sellfy.com/antonanru/behringer/
@@AntonAnru thanks. Can you please tell me which patterns/patches package is the one with that specific (gorgeous) line? Thx
This is 🔥 dude
Thanks
Great sound buddy! I have subscribed to your channel. I need an analog synth as a companion for my Nord rack 2x, you just sold me a Crave XD
Congrats! That's a good choice
3:35 is there a specific percussion/drum pack that you used?
Hard to remember. I guess it's Ableton drum synth + some perc loops
How does the midi channel selector work? Is it like binary or can you only choose midi channels one to 4?
There's a regular midi story. Choice of 16 channels
I bought one!
Thank you for support
@@AntonAnru 👊
What are you using for your drum Machine? I liked the set up with XD module and the keystep. Were you using the keystep to sequence the XD, or the XD's sequencer?
There are different sources for drums. All are virtual. I used seqs from keystep
5:45 pff masive pads where are they from?? :)
Don't remember, sorry
@@AntonAnru ok,thanks very beautiful sounds,thanks again
Thanks for the feedback
@@AntonAnru ;)
Hey man how are you making all those atmospheric sounds? What synth are you using?
I see a microfreak and a korg minilogue xd in the background
Don't know if anyone can help, this is my first time using a modular synth and first time using a sequencer. For some reason when plugged in to Ableton, when I play a sequence it will start stepping down in pitch until every not hits the bottom and gets stuck there. Can't seem to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!
Seen you've had no reply. Sorry I've no answer to your issue. I've been casually messing around with synths for about 4 years now. I've only used ableton to record my live jams in to. I've not been much help. I'm pissed
@@leehardingham4522useless drunk help is better than no help at all....Well, actually
I bought this pack, but there is no guide on how each pattern is patched and no guide on how to set the knobs initially, very hard to reproduce without any guide, other packs have a pdf with the patch and knob map, this one should include that.
This pack is a collection of patterns, not timbres. You just load the patterns to the synth and play them with your own timbres. That's why there's no pdf. The timbres in this demo are very basic, nothing to share. You may get my free pack "expressive bass" to have timbres for these patterns
Still trying to get my head round how cheap this is.
The price is unbeatable
@@AntonAnru i own a microfreak, M:S and circuit. Still learning kind of all of them (been in the matter since january)... but this sounds SO good and it is SO cheap. It is really hard to not "just" get one...
great patterns!! I have question finding hard to sync my arturia drumbrute with behringer crave. guess im connected correctly midi out arturia and midi in behringer crave, settings from behringer crave enabled to midi DN mode and auto sequence, I changed the channel of arturia to the same channel as behringer and the problem im facing is touching any pads on my arturia play notes on behringer, I want to sync only the tempo any clue how to do this? appreciate if you can help
Try setting different midi channels drumbrute and crave. Clock should work for all channels. But notes for different ones
6:35 ohhh shittttt
Yo man what you got on percussion there behringer Rd ?
No, some drums from Ableton
Hopefully someday in grey future, I have 1/10 of that understanding.
I have the freak and was toying with getting one of these - have you connected your freak to the crave?
plus - how are you finding your Freak?
Is there option to record sequences live or juat only step by step?
Sure, there's a rec button for this
have you tried the malekko manther? it seems pretty similar to the crave...
No, never heard about it
Crave?
Ableton echo
how have you got the MicroFreak set up?
the bassdrum at 3:45 is nice, where is it from ?
I hope the author will not mind me pointing out that you CANNOT import these sequences to Crave by way of iOS- you must have something running MacOS or Windows. I didn’t find that out until after I’d paid money for them- which is a shame, because now that I’ve heard them they seem like damn’ fine sequences...
I hope it's a temporary issue and some time later Behringer will fix it
Can you not just record them into your DAW liking the sound and look of them, just got to find a way to sneak one into the house (passed the boss) ;-)
where do the drum parts come from ??
Any news on SynthTool?
What news?
Are you selling this patchs ? Im interested
Yes, patches and patterns. You may find the link in video description
@@AntonAnru the techno pack jams only says sequence, it contains patchs too?
It's only sequences. You may use patches from my other soundset for crave
Just bought these tonight... I have a question... When connecting different synths together like you have with Crave and Neutron (polychaining is the term i think???), do they have to be on the same MIDI channel and also both running through the one mixer channel??
How can I find the sequences once installed?
They are in the folder Sequences. You may find a detailed instructions in Read Me file
what that thing with 64 blinking knobs
You mean Ableton Push2?
So in the pack are sequences + patches used in the video? Some of the sounds are awesome, so I hope patches are included as well :)
this pack contains sequences only. You may like the patches on this page: bit.ly/2KrdLW7
im newbie in hardware, ust i buy it?
Crave is a nice synth to start with, and then make some deep experiments
@@AntonAnru Thanx for your answer, i have one more question how much it differs from td-3? wich one do you advise to start with?
Agonь!)))
So are you just selling midi sequences?
Not midi, but the synth's native format for sequences
You're a baaaaaaad wammer jammer!
🙌
There's so much of infected mushroom's DNA bouncing around here. Am I alone here?
I guess they influenced electronic music greatly, but i almost never listened to them. Maybe I got this dna from someone else, who was influenced by IM
I think around the 1:30 mark is what triggered my memory of it. How are you making that organ sound with that slower LFO in behind the acid of the crave? Really good stuff.
Infected mushroom have covered a ton of ground so it's neat to get an idea of where some of their original sounds might have been coming from
It's just a phaser with its own lfo
@@AntonAnru from the Neutron?
No no, it can't give polyphonic parts. Honestly, i don't remember what synth it was, it's been 2 years since the video release...
Butiful🥃🥃🌹
Thanks
is the patch @1:11 possible to do without the neutron? (i assume yes, but thought i'd confirm)
It's a sequence, a series of not, and the final result depends on the settings of the synth. In this example as far as I remember I used neutron additional sound source, not for heavy modulations. So yes, without it the sound should new close
