Does this work on a business owned 5500? Theres one at my local pawn shop for 150 bucks..but in windows it wont allow a system recovery due to the user account not having administrative privileges. Just wondering if this would work or would it require the password? Thanks in advance!

Good question! I got a hold of a 5400, and am wondering the same thing! Did you try using the F12 key? Then under other options, I believe there is an option for recovery. Thank you 🤓

To reset the PC it says it will remove personal files and users account, remove all apps and programs, reinstall windows from this device, remove any changes made to settings. Is is safe to proceed?
