We're gonna start taking bikes to the drag strip! In this video, we went by for a 'Test & Tune' day to see what the process was like to sign up, go through inspection, and do some drag racing!
One of our local Harley Dealers does a drag day a couple times a year. Free entry, run as much as you want for 3hrs. Meet at there shop, ride out to the drag strip, awesome day out.
Used to have a 68 Camaro I raced every week and it was a blast. Ran 10.90 @ 118. Local track closed down and I sold it. I would have fun racing a moped.
The answer to "Why would you take a Raptor to the drag strip" is always "why not?" Been loving the car content the same way I've been loving the shop and bike content and also, the drag strip might be the perfect place for the Trans-Am once it's all built up Now, Block on a track bike when 🤔🤔🤔
First, I am digging your channel and am subscribed ;) If you don't know, Your ET is dependent on traction, so you want to work on your 60 ft time. Your MPH is horsepower related. Your reaction time is the time you start to move after the light turns green. So its possible for a slower truck to beat a faster truck if he/she cuts a better light......It is fun times no matter what you race and as a side benefit, you meet some great people. I also have a 20 Roadie with a 130 inch motor, but haven't taken it to the track.......don't want to break a belt....LOL
Why would you bring a Ford Raptor to a drag strip?!?! No one said it so I thought I would. Looked like fun. Wish there were more tracks available that would do that.
Reaction time doesn't effect your 1/4 mile time. Time doesn't start until you brake the beam off the line. If you take a bike to the 1/4 mi track they usually require full leathers, helmet, gauntlet style gloves and over the ankle boots. 1/8 mi track (in Houston anyway) requires over ankle boots, gloves, jacket, and helmet. Welcome to another addiction! Track is fun
Hey Block, announce when you guys are going back out there. I'd like to come out and watch you guys racxe. And that Tundra being almost 10 years old didn't do a bad job at all. RS/SV Peace.

Just for the experience and fun! 👍

“Why would you take a raptor to a drag track?”
Because.. why Not?!
Like Torque Test Channel would say, “For science”.
One day I'll take my 2022 F-150 with a 5.0 to the track. Since it is around 4700lbs it will be a good time.
Let us know when the bikes are going. It's my local track,I run my Indian all the time.😁
I totally agree it's all about the fun factor 😁👍🏾
What's with all the BUGS in Florida??!! lmao
Looks fun
Any reaction time over 0.1 seconds means you are new to drag racing. No issue, but on a motorcycle it's even harder to cut a decent R.T.
Glad you all had fun! Would be fun to see more bikes or cars/trucks run the dragstrip as well.
That looks fun! I figured the raptor would’ve been faster. 🤷♂️ What was the second reaction time?
Actually, technically it's "engine vlogging"....motovlogging would be all electric. hahaha !!
See you next Gyro. (Year-o)
I’ve wanted to take my 131 Fatboy to the track for awhile but I don’t really want to sit in the Houston heat while waiting in line lol

Very cool video
New to your channel I’m enjoying the content
Where's the bike??? My first time drag racing was on my mt09 lol. You're gonna love racing your motorcycle!
Maybe the new owner of the turbo bike takes it to the strip. 😅🤘🏼

This looks fun
Remember note cooler temperatures and humidity has a lot to do with time
Those love bugs are still out in force eh?
Ginger may be a big girl. But she moves on down the road.
Reaction time adds nothing to your time slip guys. Time starts when you break the beams.
Hey! Why not! I got a Kick out of it Block. Good for you man!
Can’t wait to see the bikes 👀
I predict some performance mods coming to the Raptor any day now 😂
