I blame the rise of feminism and the whole "bucket list" culture for US Birth Rates more than the inflation issues. I know it is costly to raise children, but people want to travel the world.
I'm just a hair older than you Ox being born in late 68. I remember those high interest rates of 79 and 80. I had a paper route at the time and invested in a bank CD, $500 minimum for 6 years paid 7.5%. A few months later I invested in another CD at the same bank, $500 minimum for 2.5 years paid 11.75%. Grandma and Grandpa who were retired farmers and had some serious money (for the time) were getting as much as 18% on some of their CDs. This time those kinds of rates will crash the banks.

Hi Matt great Video I think people aren't having kids like in the past.Times are different it takes 2 people to work.Things are more expensive.Tbe world is just crazier than it used to be.
Also kids are a lot of work and we all know what happened to work ethic in this country They are also emotionally draining Just wear rubbers or watch port and ull be fine
