    This is such an important topic! Yes to ‘stopping’ and giving ourselves permission to do things with more ease. Hearing the specific benefits is a wonderful reminder. And I love the idea of being intentional by organising and planning for our stopping and slowing down time. Thank you, Dee. 💕

    The only time I really stop and pause is when I’m out photographing nature.
    Nature sets the pace and it does things in its own good time.
    I do need to work on taking a pause when I’m not out in nature because I can feel the stress building and the pace quickening until I can get out into nature again and let it wash away.

      Nature is such a calming place to be isn’t it?! My weekly hike has such a positive effect on my wellbeing 🥰

    It seems counter intuitive to stop and slow down to be able to accomplish more, but it really does work! I am so much more productive when I take to relax and clear my mind.

      I know! It does seem counter intuitive. It’s all about getting that right balance for you isn’t it?! We have to give ourselves time to rest 😊
