Hi Dee. Another lovely vlog. Sounds like a big week. Always amazed at your ability to make a video after coming back from a run! So sorry for your uncle’s passing. I too like the idea of not having a funeral, and someone close to me just told me the other day that they don’t want one. All the best for your workshop on the weekend.

The only time I really stop and pause is when I’m out photographing nature. Nature sets the pace and it does things in its own good time. I do need to work on taking a pause when I’m not out in nature because I can feel the stress building and the pace quickening until I can get out into nature again and let it wash away.

It seems counter intuitive to stop and slow down to be able to accomplish more, but it really does work! I am so much more productive when I take to relax and clear my mind.

This is such an important topic! Yes to ‘stopping’ and giving ourselves permission to do things with more ease. Hearing the specific benefits is a wonderful reminder. And I love the idea of being intentional by organising and planning for our stopping and slowing down time. Thank you, Dee. 💕
