Toyota Hilux first drive review | The legendary Toyota pick-up | evo India

We finally got our hands on the Toyota Hilux and in this video, we test it out both on road and off it. In this review, Sirish Chandran drives this pick-up truck through different natural terrain and obstacles around Rajaji National Park to know how capable it is. Capability aside, he also talks about what the Hilux pickup is equipped with in terms of its features, the 4x4 system, the interiors, price, ride and handling, and accessories available.

I'm using Hilux. When you used to its driving, you don't feel anything odd to handle it. It's easy. Just like a fortune or Scorpio.

Utilitarian and leaf springs at the back. Talk about rough and tough to take on the jungle trails and obstacles, river crossing, etc., a Tata Yodha with white plate and a payload capacity of over 2 tons will serve that purpose easily😂.

The presenter seemed to struggle driving the Hilux.
He should probably jack up the seat so he can see better. The size of the truck is smaller than Ranger or the Triton.

I have one. The size is definitely an issue but you get used to it once you use it more often. And it gives you that feeling of invincibility.
The ride is bad. No other way to put it. Don't sit in the back with a full stomach. You will puke in no time
