I remember a pub in preston in the early seventies where the landlord never cleaned his lines, it looked like there were cornflakes floating in your pint. As we were only sixteen at the time we had no choice but to drink there as no other pub would serve us.
Just discovered this channel today and have got through a dozen or so, great watching it all progress. Definitely subbed and look forward to seeing it all come together!
The key to your success is not only the beer you brew but your ability to repair everything. There is very little that goes wrong that you farm out for repair.
You've got some time consuming work ahead of you there m8,hopefully everything goes back together ok as these things often go awry. Great to see old gear being refurbed and brought back to life. Every penny saved and all that. Looking forward to next step in process. Cheers.
