Thank you Destiny for the recipe. Although I was panicking when I saw I had bought WHIPPED Frosting. It was on sale and I didn't even think about it. So I did not buy vanilla either. I had buttercream. All this was before I saw your recipe. So I just held my breath and decided to do the buttercream with peanut butter. I was afraid it would not set up firm, but have it in the fridge a couple of hours and it set perfectly! Just gave my husband a small square (he is diabetic) and he liked it. I took a bite and was really surprised to find out it it does not taste overly sweet. I stirred mine in a bowl and layered my pan with waxed paper so it comes out much easier after cut. Again ThANK YOU for a "sweet" recipe.
awww I am so glad to be able to help and that it was such a hit ❤❤❤ you can do sugar free next time for your husband since he is diabetic and it will taste just the same ❤
ok I think I can give my hubby's easy fudge. He made it for a Christmas party. Now I made from scratch Peanut butter cookies I also made choc covered pretzels with melted choc almond bark. My hubby used the rest of the almond bark and mixed it with can of choc frosting. He told me don't tell anyone the recipe. Everybody LOVED IT. I just looked in amazme. I just laughed.
I'm so sorry for the late reply, I'm thankful and blessed to know that this has worked out for you and you have enjoyed this very simple recipe 💕 Much love, God bless, Destiny
You don't need to heat the peanut butter just icing only and after heating your icing up mix with peanut butter and put in pan plate or what ever you want to use and then put in fridge until it sets
Im new to your channel and this is great!! Ty! I do have 2 questions, what size frosting and what size peanut butter, also, I know better probably quality peanut butter (jif) is better, but has anyone tried it with a generic brand? I was also going to the Duncan Hines creamy coconut pecan frosting you think that would work? Not sure how it would work or taste oh, more than likely a really rich tasting? 🤷🏻♀️😎
Thank you! That's the 2 questions I had as well. I found another recipe that shows Frosting: 16 ounces (1 cup) of any peanut butter. Hope that helps. "Catherine's Plates" 2 ingrediant Peanut Butter Fudge is where I found the best way to explain this recipe and she shows how to cut the parchment paper so it lays right in the pan. Hope this helps
Oh and before u start, spray the pan with cooking spray (Pam or generic) and then lay parchment paper in, it makes cleanup and the square shape of the fudge so much easier.
I apologize for just now seeing this. Personally the size jars don't matter and depending on Personal preferences. You can do more of a peanut butter taste or more of the chocolate/whatever flavor. I choose to go with whatever the ounce is one and do equal parts of the other (depending on what the store has or my house) Hope that answers your question. God bless, Destiny

I make this fudge all the time. But I add ingredients. Like chocolate frosting, peanutbutter, mixed nuts n coconut. Oh it's soooo tasty! But I keep mine in the freezer. It never freezes solid. But it just makes a firmer fudge which I prefer. Or even the fridg. Just info LOL
@@DestinyGPlus3 it's a real good fudge. Experiment with different frostings n different fillers like crushed pretzels or maybe crushed cookies HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR FUDGE!
One less step,, is to put the peanut butter and frosting in a bowl and heat it all up together and stir it all together and put it in the microwave do what you have to do to warm it up pour it in a lined paper parchment paper pan and chill it this way you don't have to warm them both up in the microwave together like that

I don't care how you make it there's no way it's going to be as good as the original with Coco , butter , and milk . I've done this recipe and it's good but does not compare with the original .

It's easier to mix both ingredients in a bowl then portent here pan that way you have an even consistency of both ingredients together
