Don't leave your hope Bharathi madam , always belive that if you go in the right way and have all the right for access then you will get it by sure ( education has that much power) I wish from my side to get ,what you want
At present competition world, Only Ph. D. certificate is not enough to get assistant professor position. She have to get more knowledge about research to face critical problems while publishing journals and patents. After getting position she can able to write a project proposal to get fund for supporting the lab. Moreover, she have to speak and write english very fluent so that under her supervision who will join those students will get Ph. D. in proper way not like seven years. Also she have to qualify the NET exam, subject knowledge will be there it will impact on students career to acquire knowledge in chemistry. She get job as a assistant professor. I don't have any problem. I'm telling you, please check once if she have all skills what I mentioned above. Otherwise she get job only based on caste without skills. In future many students will be jobless people. This is my opinion and I am also Ph.D. candidate in chemistry from telugu background.
At least she needs financial support to enhance those skills and let's hope she will reach the destination soon.....she needs good guidance and mentorship
Jhansi gaaru, I think she was specifically requesting for a backlog post to be offered to her. I feel the requirements for that seat are more accommodating for people coming from impoverished backgrounds.
