The truth is, he is in a kind of hallucination, where i use to be during my board exams.. He is doing those paper since years daily without any distraction or other works. He has no bother for tomorrow.. He is in a state of conquer with great concentration. That makes him talk like that.. I can understand he is kinda bragging. He is looking up rather than at the interviewer while answering or telling his theory. He is repeatedly using nuclear scientist word and challenging then. If he is so worthy, he could have proved his intelligence in any competition or exam and climb the ladder till he reaches his destined goal. Rather, he is wasting his time or living in illusion or simply presenting his Maths and English speaking. skills.
