the guy in grey is an absolute hero - he's not afraid of loosing his nuts while standing in the most danger area possible;D I guess there should be additional training for safety before operating powered glider.
Nice self launch. He never has nose down on ground roll. My self launch on Diana2FES had slightly, fixed it, then the glider left ground when I move flap to +14 from -3.
Aaayyyyy we just trade them for engine problems or electronics problems 🤣 but electric SLS is the future. No doubt. The Solo engine is just stupid loud.
How so? That's about the roll of any doubleseater SLS ship I've seen. For a single seater - absolutely was a long roll, but not that bad considering its just an FES.

One bump and propstrike happens... good for tarmac, not so much on grassy airfields.

100 % agreed 👍…even as an RC helicopter pilot I use more caution not to have a finger or hand chopped off😱

I was a bit nervous seeing people close to the folded prop. I would be even more wary than around an ic engined aircraft.
Scary seeing them so close to that prop and even moving it by hand with someone at the controls... Very cool sailplane...
